I’m a out of state hotshot driver. I bought some bad fuel at a gas station. The team here diagnosed the issue quickly and made repairs extremely fast. They got me back on the road working again in a few short hours. I’m very grateful to have come across this awesome shop. I highly recommend this knowledgeable & professional shop to anyone, they get the job done for a fair price.

To make my experience even more aweful, I asked her to let me finish my question without interruption, her response was like I said.... She had major attitude and other unnecessary and condensending comments to say. Completely unprofessional. How dare you speak to customers in that manor, especially us being paying customers! Shame on you! Tony, you were a great help and we appreciate you. I suggest a new receptionist, yesterday.

They are extremely knowledgeable, helpfull, and honest. They were suggested to me by a shop in North Carolina before i moved to Oklahoma. Just goes to show their fantastic reputation. Theyve stood nehind all of their work, and i will only take my truck to them for work.

Rude & unprofessional. They’ll let your vehicle sit for weeks on end & when you question what’s going on with it they want to threaten you & cop an attitude. I will never come back here & would not recommend to anyone.

For a local diesel mechanic - this is mine. They have only had to address a oil sensor and filter, and change out all my glow plugs, but they have done me solid.

Great place to bring your vehicle. Brought my 07 Chevy 2500 in for a Y-bridge, PS up-pipe and down pipe. Got a call and they was having issues gettingBolts out of turbo. Talked to the owner tony and he said let me keep working and I’ll call you back. Needless to say tony and his crew fixed everything and had me back on the road In reasonable time. He could have easily just put everything back together and charged me. But he kept at it and got it all completed. Will bring truck back every time. Great people to do business with and also he showed us around the shop and explained his past and future builds. Down to earth guy and great mechanic.

I took my trk into Full Pull to see what was wrong. Tony called me at the end of the day and told me i needed a new oil cooler and the Hpop so while he was replacing them when he checked the turbothe turbo was bad. We thank god for Tony and his team for checking everything else out. We will be safe now and Full Pull is our diesel place from now on. Thanks guys Don and Paula

We came for a free diagnosis of our truck and were told to leave it there so they could diagnose it. Later that evening we went back there because we had not recieved any calls from them and they were about to close so the owner told us that she would let us know tomorrow morning. Next morning no one called so we called two times and no one answered so we had to go there again and the mechanics told us the problem and the cost but then we were told that they had already put in the labor and we owed them the labor money. ( we had not recieved any messages prior to let us know if we were okay with them putting labor on the vehicle, they also had orderd the parts). We were put in a position that we owed money before knowing the cost and did not have other options. Very bad communication.I hope the issue with communication gets better. Just wanted to clerify that we contacted multiple times and no one answered and no one called us for the diagnoses we had to drive up there in person.

They say they will help you with anything but they won’t she told me they won’t help me with my truck for what I wanted to do. So if you want to have fun with your truck don’t go here. I’ll sped my money where I can get advice. This place is trash.

Asked for a 100hp injectors tune for my 2005 dodge cummins, waited for almost a month calling back a lot kept getting pushed back to find out almost a month later they can’t tune my 05 only 06 and up! That’s not right at least if they would’ve checked first before pushing me back would’ve saved me a lot of time to go somewhere else to get it tuned!!

They may be new to Oklahoma but they are not new to diesel performance. Tony and his crew have a wealth of diesel knowledge and get the job done right. I highly recommend them!

Full Pull Diesel is alright. They seem like a rather young business. They do not have a sign anywhere that says the name of their business, so it is difficult to locate them. Their prices are somewhat competitive, but their communication to the customer is subpar. I would not recommend.

The best diesel shop in Oklahoma and one of the best for transmissions he is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing.

I had Full Pull do a CP3 conversation on my 2012 Duramax. Great customer service I would recommend them to anyone looking for a shop.
