I have always worked customer service. As an individual, I try my best to go above and beyond for each and every customer that I interact with. It is a very very rare trait to see anywhere else and Mighty G surprised me with the very same work ethic! If you need something done, the knowledge is here for any work you need. Do you have a tight schedule or have troubles moving your computers or parts around? They will go to you to assist you.This company is an outstanding example of what businesses used to stand on, customer service, respect, and I don’t need to go anywhere else in the future for help but to this company.I ordered all the parts for my computer over six months and I could not wait to get it done. Long story short, I had two dead on arrival motherboards and later found out a dead power block. Through the entire process Mighty G worked with me to see that my computer got completed and running right even if it meant working some time out of hours.Honestly I can’t say thank you enough for the entire process. I was treated to a level of service that reflects my own and I was impressed and I will recommend you whenever any computer conversations come my way!

Hard drive crashed on my old well-used computer. Called Ellis at Mighty G Computer Solutions and he made an in-home inspection of the problem and provided cost estimates to fix old computer or buy a new computer which turned out cheaper. He promptly set up my new computer and provided me pointers on how to do what I needed to do for use of the computer. It was in a language I could understand. Everything went great. 3 days later I was having a problem installing some software and scheduled a revisit appointment. It was a software issue which he found the solution(s) and got then installed. What was great was he made a file for me to point and click to get the program to work He is quick, efficient and explains what he is doing.I highly recommend his company for your computer needs.

Weve had some mutual clients, and Ive recommended Ellis to multiple clients. I have heard back nothing but good things. In my personal dealings with him, Ive found him to be very personable and knowledgeable.

The first time I contacted Ellis was about 5:00PM on a Friday. He not only took my call immediately but picked up my crashed laptop early the next morning and returned it fully restored the following Monday afternoon!
