I rented a Sorento for a family trip over the holidays. We managed to get 6 people in it comfortably along with an insane amount of presents. The SUV was great and so was Kalidys customer service. Being stuck with that many extended family members on a long car ride... still recovering.

NO STARS FOR SURE! The lady Mya that works in the rental area is beyond rude. Left me Nasty voicemails, told me she didnt care about my family issues, this is a car rental Beyond long story, but definitely would and will never go back, and if asked, i will tell others about my experience. I cant talk for the sales department, they were never rude and listened to me. BUT the rental.... Mya needs to learn customer service big time!
