Great service and price ..would reccomend !!!

Outstanding service and workmanship for my ‘not a square room ‘ floor. In follow up, we needed a section repaired after doing work for pest control & they referred us to an excellent person for the repair work. Several months later we decided to replace the flooring in an adjacent room and Sam at Kregger’s found the same product for us. The install looks like it was all completed at the same time. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work and attention to our needs. Very highly recommended!!

Great service, great selection and they know what they’re doing.

We used them several years ago when we completely redid all the flooring in our house. The “engineered” wood flooring is no longer glued to the concrete and makes hollow sounds. The spacers were left in the kitchen and bathroom tile causing cracks and loose tiles. We’ve had to redo the floors in both bathrooms and are saving up to redo the tile in the kitchen. I’ve got pictures of the grout missing in the corners from the spacer popping out and a spacer showing in the kitchen. If we had known the quality and workmanship wouldn’t last 10 years we would have NEVER trusted them to do our entire house. The son if the owner was the one who installed our flooring..Very disappointing to have spent close to $8K for what we ended up with.

We had a positive experience from the day we received an estimate through the installation of the floors! Once we decided on the flooring and set a date, all was installed and back into operation in one day. The installers were delightful and we have beautiful hard wood floors in our bedrooms 🤗

Kreggers floors installed our flooring in our office. Paul was very quick and friendly to come out onsite and get all the measurements. He gave us samples of his best products but was also kind enough to sho us his cheaper options as well. Sam was very professional and followed up with status of our order and scheduling install date. Chris and his team did a excellent job on the install and it looks great! I highly recommend anyone needing floors to visit Kreggers floors and more. They are the best in the business!

I love the wonderful people at Kreggers’s!! They were so kind and helpful! They helped with my wood floor and granite installation. They are the easiest and nicest people to work with!

They did an okay job installing my new vinyl flooring at first, but towards the end they started cutting corners. There were several cuts that were measured and /or cut incorrectly and instead of using one of the extra boards and recutting it, they just threw some caulking into it. Then when I pointed out some areas that I wanted fixed, the young gentleman got a real bad attitude with me and wouldnt even talk to me. Ridiculously unprofessional! The worst part is that Ive sent pictures of the shotty work to Sam at Kreggers and have asked to have somebody come out and fix it, and hes completely ignoring me and wont return my phone calls.

If I could give Kreggers zero stars, I would. A few years ago, I went to their store looking for a wood-look vinyl plank flooring to replace carpet in our family room. The owner waited on me, and I explained that we had two large dogs and I needed flooring that would withstand scratching and high traffic. I thought we needed vinyl flooring or even tile. He steered me to an engineered wood product and insisted that it would be extremely durable, saying that he had the same product in his own home and also had a large dog. We purchased that product, and within 10 minutes of their installers leaving our home, we noticed the first scratch. The flooring scratched so badly that we were sure wed received a defective lot. We had the owner come out a few weeks later to inspect, and when he saw our dogs, he said, Well - thats your problem. I reminded him that he had recommended the product because he also had a large dog. His comment was, Well, my dog is mellow. We trusted his expertise and judgement in choosing that product, which was clearly our mistake. At the same time, we purchased carpet for the rest of our house. The installers gouged and scraped our newly painted woodwork during the installation. When we contacted the owner, his response was, They shouldnt have done that. You need to talk to them. He is unwilling to take responsibility for mistakes made by him or by his workers. We will never do business with him again.10/23/18 I stand by my original review. When someone comes into a flooring showroom asking specifically for a product that will withstand large dogs and high traffic, and the owner steers them AWAY from their original choice (vinyl or tile) to something that proves not to be durable, how is it right for the owner to blame the customer and challenge their review? We relied on the owners expertise and judgement to choose the right product for our needs. We are dissatisfied with the product and the service we received. And even though we contacted him about the issue right away, this is the very first time he has mentioned making it right. Others may have had different experiences - but this was ours.

Avery good place for flooring number one in my book I wouldnt go no place else

I would highly recommend Kreggers. After a flood ruined all the floors in our house, Kreggers helped us to quickly narrow down options and pick a replacement floor. Their store staff was helpful and friendly and the crew was also professional and communicative. A+++ company.

After visiting 7 other flooring stores, big box and local and getting quotes from 3 others, we got the most helpful information from Kerggers. We also ended up with real wood that could stand up to our dogs at the same cost that other stores quoted us for laminate. I especially loved that we were able to do it all within our budget.The crew who laid our floors were all very friendly, respectful and very good to clean up after themselves daily. I have not a single complaint.I highly recommend Kreggers Flooring.

Kregger Flooring is the best! From consultation to bidding and finishing, they are a top notch, local company that knows the art of home remodeling. We had Kregger Flooring replace the hardwood and tile in our living room and kitchen; repaint our maple cabinets, install cabinet hardware, recarpet a bedroom, remove an exterior door and replace it with a window (requiring them to brick on the exterior). All this was done quickly, professionally and without problem. Owner Chris even came out to personally see to the punchlist when all the work was complete. Id highly recommend this outfit for your next home remodeling project.

These people do not have the customer in mind. I obtained a a quote and ask for them to come down $200. They refused and I elected to secure additional quotations. I decided to give them the job. I paid half down and ask for them to quote labor only and I would buy the tile. All they had to do was say they did not do labor only and I would have paid their price. It appears it is their way or the highway. We will not cross their doors again!

One of the hardest working men Ive crossed paths with in a long time. I would not turn to anyone else with a question about flooring.
