Well, after the previous barbershop I frequented went downhill due to poor ownership, I followed my barber Travis to this new shop, and I couldnt be happier.I really love the look and feel of this place because, well...its essentially a house thats been remade into a barbershop. I know a lot of dentists offices or coffee shops will do this to make people feel at home and relaxed, but I wasnt aware barbershops were using this strategy as well. But let me tell you, every room of this place is designed and decorated incredibly and I can guarantee you, this is every introverts paradise.No longer must you wait on the honor system of Whos next?No longer must you feel the stares of everybody else waiting.No longer must you stop mid-conversation with your barber because the music suddenly got quiet and youre the only one talking.Every barber has their own room and Im really digging it. As for barbers, I HIGHLY recommend Travis. Not only is he very talented at what he does, but he actually enjoys it too. He can make anybody feel at home and I love that I can just show him a picture of what I want, and hell do it. Ive had other barbers that got annoyed that I wasnt using proper terms and numbers to describe the cut I wanted. But after going to Travis for over a year, I refuse to go to anybody else while I still have hair left to cut. Darn you, genetics.They are also accepting walk-ins during this COVID season, but its very easy to book an appointment on their website. At a price of $26 for a cut, its a little expensive, but I dont mind it as its awesome to have a go-to barber that knows exactly how you want your hair cut. Parking is a little hard to find, but there are plenty of spots within walking distance if the lot is full.Glad to have a cool place like Annex in Oklahoma!

Annex and Brooke,I decided to try this Barber shop out yesterday due to being close by work and home. Im glad I did! Im from SoCal and TheBayArea in CA and was used to getting high quality fades with a scissor cut top. I have not found a stylist or barber that could do this the right way for around 5 years since leaving CA for Iowa and then Oklahoma.Brooke was the person I booked for the first time and she was awesome! She not only listened to what I wanted, but actually understood what I wanted. The cut turned out just as good as the high profile places I went to in CA if not better in certain aspects. Brooke is highly skilled and could cut with the best of them out there! I will definitely be going back to her from now on!- Chris
