Looking around the area every other place had some negative review . So I went with sierra . The guy working here (willi) is such a good vibe and amazing at his job, A must come in our area .

Went there by a friends recommended. They did a great job. We made an appointment for two cars, it only took 1.5 hour for each car. And the price is reasonable. Highly recommend to everyone whos needed.

I got the ceramic tint done on all my windows and I am mostly satisfied. The window tint seems to be high quality and does a great job keeping the heat down. My only complaint is that I had my front winshield done on their reccomendation, and while most of the job was done flawlessly there is a big crease at the top. They told me thats why they dont warranty front windshields because they are very hard to install. That makes perfect sense and I would have given them 5 stars, but I feel more could have been done to remove the crease. Also make sure to make your appointment, they are fairly booked up or dont do many jobs in a day. I had to wait 2 weeks to get mine done.

Great place to get your windows tinted! The staff is extremely courteous, and knowledgeable. I did not know what specific transparency of tints I wanted, but the staff helped me pick the right film for my needs. All of their film options come with a great warranty and their prices are the most fair in the market. The work was literally perfect and the appointment I was given was was accommodating to my needs and all work was done on time. I am very happy with the outcome of my tints and have already gotten many compliments on how my car looks. These guys are the best in the business. They have a nice waiting space too. Tinted my Mercedes SUV flawlessly. No bubbles or bad cuts. So happy i got the ceramic tint on my windshield. Love that I no longer have to put up a windshield sun shade everytime I park outside in the summer. Def keeps my car cooler and should protect the dash long term.. A+++

Awesome shop and people. I called another shop and got the generic this is our starting prices nonsense. Guy I work with told me about Sierras so I gave them a call. Told them what kinda car I had and what I was looking for. Got the vibe that the person understood it was a small car and gave me a way better quoted price than the other shop that I called. The work was awesome and the tint came out great. We went over the things not to do for the first few days and what to expect. Got the side windows, back window and windshield done with mid level tint for slightly over the price of privacy tint at the other shop I called. Thanks for the great work 👍

Booked this appointment about one week in advance, and Willy was great over the phone helping with the quote. Showed up for my appointment about a half hour early and they took me in, no delay. (I chose an upgraded tint version at 5% all the way around, and was impressed by the reasonable price).Upon arrival I was happy to notice a waiting area with a TV and movies right in the garage where the tinting on your vehicle is completed. Free Wi-Fi and water are offered as well. Theres something about being able to be in the same room where your car is worked on that makes this experience so much better.I was happy to notice their no-nonsense work style, they were hard at work while I relaxed. I truly felt like my vehicle was in a showroom, and my vehicle was completed in about an hour.Willy and Luis did an amazing job. Had an 11AM appt. schedulded for tints and I was 15 minutes late ( my fault, no excuses). I called the shop when I got there and the man who picked up the phone stated, yeah, sorry I cant take you in now, you will back up my whole day.. Granted I was late for the appt. but to completely turn me down and provide no alternate solution is just horrible customer service. I have used them in the past, but will never bring a vehicle here again .

I’ve been to Sierra when it was in Amboy & was happy when i found out my sister chose the same company which moved to Edison to tint my CRV. We scheduled an appointment this morning at 11 am & my car was ready in about an hour. It came out amazing & the guy was awesome! I definitely recommend! Pricing was great & the work was amazing!

I took my 2017 Golf GTi to tint the back windows in this place. They scratched the rear window with a blade!! A nice 5 inch cut. When I saw the scratch they told me it was the dealers fault ... I didn’t want to start an argument because I wasn’t there when it happened .The secretary is unprofessional and she has some attitude.

Had my wifes 2017 Subaru outback tinted here a week or so ago. The whole experience from first phone call to the end result was professional. The friendliest staff ever ! The gentleman who we spoke to on the phone and dealt with at the shop was very informative. Even though we had what we wanted in mind, he educated us on the different types of film and the benefits of the different packages available. Job was done under 2 hours and we even received a 15 minute courtesy call. All the window buttons were covered with stickers as a reminder to not roll them down while they cure/dry. This was such a great extra touch and convenience for the customer. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and for the impeccable service !

This place is amazing. Couldnt have asked for a better customer experience. I was shopping around for tints on my 2016 bmw 3 series and Sierras quoted me with the fairest price. I called and the representative was very knowledgeable and even helped me pick out what percentage of tint would fit me best. He was very patient and answered every question I had. The entire process was very professional. I dropped my car off and it was done in 1.5 hours. It looks amazing. The person who installed my tint did an amazing job. No imperfections at all. No bubbles not mistakes. The tint they used was very high quality. I am very satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for tinted windows especially those who are new to the process because they really take their time and explain everything to you in depth. They also work on many company cars and limousines. I pulled in and there was a bunch of company cars blacked out and waiting to be picked up. Super legit establishment. Spoke to Willy several time to see if they could of squeeze me in for a Tuesday if not Wednesday definitely due to my work schedule. Willy was suppose to confirm with me by Monday before 5pm if there was going to be any cancellation for Tuesday. I asked about Wednesday and tells me now it’s full. If he would of called me back on Monday I would of confirm it for Wednesday instead. I never got his called back is where there service failed. I can’t say how great there tints are nor it’s work on the car because I couldn’t get it done. Expect to call them a few times due to lack of communication.

Willie has fantastic customer service skills and is super patient and friendly. Answered all my questions and was super nice. As for the work they did: I am very pleased with it. The tints came out great, and I have no issues so far. He even gave me a breakdown of what I need to do for the next week to make sure no issues pop up. Would absolutely recommend for tinting or body film protection. Prices are very fair, too.

My fiancé brought his Volvo in a year ago while they were based in a different town and he loved it. A couple of days ago he brought our new Jeep in to find out they were now based in Edison. Even though they changed locations, they still have the same style. They do the work right in front of you in a beautiful garage. The employees are non intrusive and simply get the job done. The owner does an amazing job of explaining the care and warranty of the film that they use, and he never makes you feel pressured to buy the basic versus the upgraded film. Their work is simple, to the point, and flawless. They even offer refreshments! We also appreciated the multiple forms of payments they accepted. The appointment was made in a short time and reminder messages were sent detailing all the necessities. So long as Sierras is open, this is where well be taking all our vehicles. Lastly, the tint work on our black on black Jeep could not be more perfect. Its absolutely perfect. Thank you!

Great tint shop. They get back to you in a timely fashion and do quick but good work. Only shame was that the film they use for side markers isnt dark enough. Regardless, hardworking and professional guys.

Very informative and professional. These guys do great detailed work. I had my new car tinted all around, including a strip on the front windshield. They gave me recommendations and their processes on what I wanted to do with the tinting. After discussing my needs, they got right to work. I was able to watch them do their thing from the comfort of their sofa open area shop.They were precise and took their time. The install took at most 40 minutes, but for the reason that some other people walked in to get quotes and ask questions.The angle of the driveway leading into their shop is a bit steep, so lower cars may have problems going up or scraping. They will try to guide you in so that doesnt happen.I had a great experience with them.

Got my tinting done today. Overall a very good experience. Owner answered all questions, handled my car very well. This place also has a small seating area with TV where you can watch movies from a collection available there. Lot of high quality tint options available there with reasonable price and yes, they do care for their customers. Will definitely recommend this place.

I had my car tinted here and after waiting to see how the tint settled in I have to say I am very pleased. From booking the appt they sent a confirmation text with all their info. Then when I got there they gave me an estimate wait time and finished right on time. Needless to say the tints look amazing and I will be back with my next car! They were a recommendation from a stranger on fb in my towns page. I will be sure to do the same and recommend to the next person.

Price is too high. I am glad they treated me the way they did or i would of never left and probably payed that ridiculous amount. Alex window tints (up the block) did the same job cheaper, faster, and WAY better customer service.
