If I could give this a negative one I would. Went there this morning and they did not have our vehicle reserved. As we pulled in we saw police officers go in with a dispute from the customer that also was having problems. The staff has no clue what is going on. What’s the point of making a reservation if they don’t even hold it for you.

Think making a reservation means something? Not here! Dont bother. Spend your money somewhere else with integrity and decent customer service. Employees do not even attempt to show that they care a little.

The worse service I ever experienced!!! Will never rent from this place again!! And customer service is even worse!!!

Did not have trailer that was reserved and didnt want to compensate for the trouble caused by the lack of equipment and added trips

Friendly staff, goofy building and hard to reach location.
