Called Polaris for my 9350 Sport that stopped running. Rep advised I need to bring to Leslies to have it tested. Manager Kristi took the time to test and informed me that it was my motor block. She checked the cable and box as well and said all is good but I need a new motor block. She checked inventory and none. I purchased new Polaris motor block over $400 on line and still NO luck. Went back to Leslies to have it tested and manager would not assist and told me to take it to another Leslie store. Very disappointed with Leslies customer service and their products.

Very poor service. Took in a Maytronics dolphin for repair. They kept it for 4 weeks to say only the wire plug needs to be replaced and so placed an order. After multiple calls to the store they called in to day the dolphin is readyBut to our disappointment it did not work . We faced the same issue of the power turning off right after switching it on.Called them but they are so biased and do not want to help us out.Our whole summer is ruined becoz of the bad service by Leslies Pool store at Oak tree road, Edison

Amazing customer service everytime I walk in they always make me feel welcome and are happy to help me with all my questions the free water test is great and helps me keep my pool clear all summer

Been here 3 different times. Young man always tells me that they dont carry what ever it is that I have in my hands without looking then up. All Polaris and Jandy parts. I remember when you could get something other than overpriced chemicals from Leslie. Any one know of a decent pool store?

Lower your prices please!

This store is pretty well stocked and convenient. I find the customer service is lacking. I often have to wait even though there are not many customers. Somewhat knowledgeable staff, but better going to their competitors. They have a good selection of chemicals at competitive prices, many are their own brand. Common accessories are available, also at reasonable prices. The floaties and toys are expensive. I have not used their service, nor have I ever purchased any big ticket items. Plenty of free parking.

Sold me an expensive product that did not clear my pool which had turned green !!Would give 0 stars if I could...

IMO they scammed my wife into buying $135.00 worth of non-refundable chemicals. I took pool water to a 2nd location that I have dealt with on multiple occasions and have been happy with, they confirmed my suspicion. This is the 1st time I have ever taken the time to write a negative review.

The manager Al helped us until we could completely solve the issue with our pool vacuum and even called a week later to confirm everything was ok. I will continue to go out of my way to go to this location.

The people here are friendly. But they to try to oversell their products. they dont seem as knowledgeable about issues going on with your pool even though they check the water. They also never have any parts available 😒 to fix a spa or pool.

Customer Service is the worst. Employees are not educated about warranties and products. Same holds true with the Managers. Avoid Leslies Pool whenever possible and seek other alternatives

Complete Rip off customer. Strongly recommend don’t trust their recommendations to maintain pool.

Very understaffed. The staff here is very friendly and helpful but you could be waiting for over 30minutes for assistance because there is usually only one person in the store manning everything.
