****EXCELLENT SERVICE**** We needed gas pipe replacement adjacent to a newly installed gas meter. The two gentlemen who came were Adam and Mason (aka The A Team). Between rental properties and our families residences Ive had many plumbers perform various types of jobs over the years...Ive never been this impressed. I would highly recommend Adam and Mason and will request them by name for all future plumbing needs.

They were very quick and responsive but I used them to Unclog my toilet and they did not use the equipment correctly and my commode scratched. It looks not clean now. They shouldve been a little more careful.

Found out where the water leaked and fixed the problem within 2 hours. Also carefully cleaned out the area after finishing!

I found these guys a few months ago because my regular guy is too far and too busy. Have used them twice for a couple of small residential jobs. Really like them. The office manager/receptionist is always really friendly and sweet. Both times they accommodated me very quickly. The guys they sent over are friendly and professional and did the jobs great. Great local plumber will be my first choice always for work at my house.

I had another good experience with Ken’s Plumbing on Tuesday . Adam showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be with the town’s sewer lines rather than our house. We had sewage water backing up into our basement work sinks. He actually called the town’s water and sewer department for us. The town(Highland Park) quickly sent over a truck. Adam stayed with the town employee as they checked out the lines in parallel streets and got rid of the clog.

I called these guys after finding them on google and all I can say is I think I found my new plumbers. I had a leak under my tub that ran into my office and I was in a rush to find someone fast. Well I called Kens Plumbing at almost 8 in the morning and they werent open yet but he said they would call me back and get someone over to my property. They arrived promptly, (Mark/Rob) dissected the issue and stopped the further leaking in my pipe. The price was more than reasonable and I will definitely be referring them to others in the future.

Driving on river road and this driver decided to cross into my lane with no blinker and almost costed an accident this happened around 4:45 pm on 9/13/19.

A month ago, my two-sink vanity had to be destroyed to remediate water damage. The replacement vanity I purchased from the Home Depot website was delivered to my driveway. I spoke with Barbara who is the receptionist/scheduler and very pleasant to speak with. I requested the vanity be brought upstairs in my home as well as perform the installation.When the two plumbers Eddie and ___ unpacked the vanity, we learned the marble top was connected to the base and could not be removed. In addition, the extremely heavy vanity would not fit up the stairway until the banister and railings were removed.It was a difficult job during a difficult time. Eddie was professional and charged less than I anticipated for all the work they did to have the vanity I chose, installed.

We recently used Ken’s Plumbing for some work in our house and were really impressed. The office staff were always friendly and helpful. We had Adam on our job and we could not have been happier. Kens Plumbing was called as a 2nd opinion. 1st plumber said the sewer pipe was collapsed & full of roots, needed to be replaced at $9,000. Kens came out promptly & cut the roots from pipe and removed them. They camerad the pipe to show that it was not collapsed & everything is fine now. Cost = way less than $9,000. They are the best.

If you have a plumbing issue, your first and only call should be to Kens Plumbing. We called them to diagnose an issue with our sewer line that a previous plumber could not resolve, and Im so glad we did. Our first service call was with Paul, he was very thorough and took the time to explain what was going on with our sewer line. Our issue required further investigation, and shortly after his visit, Mike, Adam, and Rodney returned to camera our line and it was determined that our sewer line needed to be replaced. The estimate Mike provided was several thousand dollars less than another estimate we obtained. When they replaced the line, Mike, John, and Eddie worked tirelessly throughout the whole day. We were included in the whole project and Mike was excellent at keeping us informed. The office staff is very pleasant to deal with and always made us a priority. This company really cares about their customers and I will recommend them to everyone I know!!

We had Kens Plumbing Aarons Sewer do work on our plumbing. I am extremely pleased with the work they did. The office personnel are very polite, they called to let me know when they were on their way. They ran into a problem while doing the job and they took care of it at no extra cost. They were very very neat, especially for doing work on a toilet, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I also got an estimate from them for some future work and they gave me a very good price.

We decided to go with Kens Plumbing for a shower faucet repair, since we had a great experience with them in the past, particularly with Mike. He and Barbara, in the office, have been very professional and helpful. However, we were serviced this time by Adam who came across as rude and condescending. He was no doubt very knowledgeable and competent in his plumbing skills, but the interaction was less than ideal. He quoted me a reasonable hourly labor cost for the work, and when I asked him how many hours it would take he just shrugged his shoulders and said he couldnt tell me, which I found to be ridiculous. I understand lots of things could go wrong, but I had to argue for him to give me an estimate of the time it would take (the actual repair took about 15 min BTW). Then, he wanted to charge me an extra hour for him to leave and pick up the part needed for the repair, which we ended up compromising on - I agreed to pay for 1/2 hour which I still wasnt happy about. Overall, the price I ended up paying was a lot lower than other quotes I received for the same work, which was the main reason I still used them, and the quality of the work was great. However, I would only use Kens Plumbing again if someone other than Adam came to do the work, since having a positive interaction with the people coming to my house to do the work is very important to me.

I had discovered that the main sewer line was blocked up on night at my house. The next morning I contacted the company and told them what I needed done. They worked with me to find the best time to send someone to my house that day to have it fixed. I am very pleased with the responsiveness of the company, and will contact them again in the future with no hesitations!

I have mixed feelings about my interactions with Kens. I was referred to them through a contractor - they were professional but had great difficulty getting the work done in a timely manner and failed to communicate their progress with me as a homeowner (I was renovating a rental property). I was highly disappointed with their communications during my bathroom remodel - their delays resulted in an additional $200 expense and over week and a half delay in finishing the bathroom. It seems we were victims of an office turnover and a personal emergency on the part of a worker. Still, next time I would shop around for a different plumber before working with them. Not worth the expense - premium price at average service.

Had a recent problem called Kens based on reviews and was pleased. They were out in an hour as promised and fixed the issue. The service tech was personable and professional. Highly recommend and will call upon for future service needs.

We had a blocked sewer line. Aarons sent two guys out, who worked efficiently and thoroughly to cut out the tree roots that were blocking the line. There were roots every 2 feet so it took 2-3 hours, and the charge was $900. They used a cutter together with a sewer camera that showed them where the roots were. They then put Root-X in the line, and said call us in 3 years, well come out, and it will cost less to do because our sewer line hadnt had maintenance in many years. The job wasnt cheap, but they got the job done right.

This is a wonderful company. I had a backed up sewer and a mess in the basement. The young man came in 15 minutes and fixed the clogged pipe. Cleaned up as well -- the nasty problem was gone altogether. It was 7 pm! Very well run service, reasonable priced. Very highly recommend them!

I regret having to write this but I feel obligated to warn my neighbors. 1) Adam saw a shark bite clamp on my water heater and advised me to replace. Soon, thereafter, the line in the area where he did the work ruptured and I had to replace the water heater; 2) Adams diagnosis for an upstairs toilet that had trouble flushing anything anything but liquid: tell your kids to stop eating so much fiber in their diet. Its almost funny but I naively put up with this terrible situation in that bathroom for over a year. If youre a woman, like me, you might, like me, find Adams manner to be formal and measured in a kind of patronizing, condescending 1950s way. To be fair, other plumbers at Kens Plumbing besides Adam sometimes responded to calls, and did good work. A father-son team in fact, spent lots of time figuring out the exact source of a leak, which turned out to be coming from the kitchen radiator. Am very grateful for their help. Got some great help from parents of owners who answered my call over the weekend. This was my first encounter with this business . I appreciated their kind manner so much that it sustained my loyalty for as long as I could endure.

I saw the great reviews and so I decided to call them. They seemed very professional on the phone. I explained the urgent need for repairs and they came by right away and said they could give me an estimate, within 24hrs. My wife and I have called them now three times and no one returns our calls, its been 5 days. The people on the phone promise everytime to get someone to call back but no one ever does. Am trying to find another repair company now. So unprofessional and not worth the reviews on google.

Called and set up an appointment to replace my bathroom tub fixtures and shower-head. I made it clear that i wanted the work done, as i discussed cost (hourly rate) over phone.Worker came and said he was only here for estimate and couldn’t do work.Ridiculous.

They replaced an outside hose faucet for me for $180, It started leaking 3 months later they didn’t replace or warranty anything had to call another plumber to fix the right way. I Do not recommend them at all.

Ive had Kens to my house for repairs several times. They replaced the main water service to my residence - a major job that was done without digging up my whole lawn and front walk pavers! They installed a new hot water heater a while ago, and today they saved me a lot of money when the junior of the two plumbers that came to my house correctly identified the problem, which was WAY easier to fix than what I thought the problem was. When Ive needed prices in advance to compare, the prices were good, and I got all the detail info I needed. The quoted projects were done on schedule and within quoted budget. The plumbers that came to my house were professional and cleaned up well. Would recommend them to a friend.

I contacted Kens Plumbing for a sewer gas smell and sewer knats in my utility room. With in about 2 hours the crew was out with cameras and found that I had a disintegrated and broken sewer line under my slab. Johnny and the rest of the crew was out the next day to jackhammer the slab. The swarm of knats was enormous and I stead of telling me to call an exterminator the took care of the swarm. The sewer line was fixed within 48 hrs. The crew did a awsome job and the communication was too notch. I have and will recommend Kens plumbing to whoever is looking for work to be done in the Edison area.

Highly recommend these guys. Water Heater broke on a Sunday, came right out to look at it, came back the next day with a new water heater. Very professional, the guys that came out were very nice, cleaned everything up.

To make a long story short, our toilets didnt flush, shower wouldnt drain, and the kitchen sink was gurgling. Seemed like a VERY serious problem. I called in asking for a quote to replace my faucet and I was given a price quote but then they were so busy they couldnt get a plumber in on the same day. When I called back later the same day Adam from Kens plumbing answered the phone (after hours) and instead he asked me to explain the problem I am having (water leaking) and he walked me through to actually fix the problem.
