I take my dogs here for the vet & its great. In & out! I also use their Grooming Salon which is also great. Both of my dogs have high anxiety and they do well here.But One of my dogs is on a prescription food diet and I can tell you this place never has it it drives me insane! I usually go there and they dont have it and I have to drive quite a distance to get it Im going to start ordering online. Problem solved...

Siobhan is a fabulous trainer! The classes were well attended by many different breeds of dogs, and different owners. Siobhan handled every dog, every owner, and every situation with incredible professionalism. We are returning for more classes, as they are informative, and Roxy loves them.

So wanted to like this place, since my pet used the drs services there, I figured it will be a one stop shop with pet training and grooming, grooming was a flop they didnt keep my appointment because they said my dog was nervous, I took her to a privately owned spa the next week and I had no problem there, my pet was extremely happy and so was I, they now have a life long customer..After waiting for 2 weeks for the trainer to call me back to give me a date for training, I decided to call back then then double book me and had to cancel, I asked for a refund since I had already paid for the training in advance, she said she would call me back with the paperwork, been two weeks and still awaiting the phone call for my refund..Poor customer service..

The place is nice and clean but the exiting of the plaza is hell. Only one exit out of there and they share it with Walmart and Costco customers. Traffic and frustrating drivers.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I thoroughly explained to Maria that we did not want to shave our dog as he had no mats or knots and just needed a simple haircut, we went over this topic thoroughly and extensively to guarantee she would not shave my dog. I go to pick him and he is completely shaved, my beautiful dog. When I go to ask her why she would do something like this, she just started crying instead of explaining why she would shave him fully when I explicitly said not to and she agreed he wouldn’t need it. This place is the worst. This is the second time they have refused to even ATTEMPT to groom my dog properly and just took the easy way out but left my dog so uncomfortable. I hate this place and Maria, she is the worst groomer. I will never take my dog here again.

My dog was groomed by Sharon, who did a very poor job on him. When I came to pick him up all four paws and both of his ears were wet. I asked Sharon about this and she said “he was in the cage drinking water”. I’m very dissatisfied with the job she did.

Worst worst grooming service at Edison Persmart. People works in salon they are not pet friendly and place stinks so much. Had recently bad experience with Groomer name Maria she is the worst one at the salon. If you love your pet don’t go to Edison petsmart. They go easy way and don’t put any efforts to groom beautifully your pet. They shaved my dog and he had cut on his nose and he was bleeding and they told me my dog was scratching which never happened at home since he is with us. Don’t ever go here 👎

Worst experience ever! Unfriendly! Unprofessional!! Glasses are very dirty. On my request please to clean up that I can see what’s inside (Chameleon), she/he (no idea), was so stupid cleaned OUTSIDE!! But the windshield was dirty inside from spraying!! Shut on the brain failed totally! With words—>> I can’t do anything (just cleaned up outside. My god... How stupid can be and don’t see what’s need to do that the windshield is clean again 🤦🏻‍♂️

Great store for pet needs, although a little pricey, you can find some deals here. My boyfriend and I have 3 cats, a dog and newly acquired frog, Petsmart is a great store in case we have an emergency. I was looking at cat trees here and although I didn’t purchase them her I got an idea of the quality I need.Staff is friendly and helpful and some go above and beyond to answer any questions we have.I recommend shopping here.

I’ve been buying my pets food here for 10 years and never had a problem and they always have it in stock. I don’t want to change my dog’s diet to any other brand. I love my Biljac dog food product. Associates are always helpful too if you need it.

They have more variety of fish than the one near my home. Even though, I believe nobody likes to work in the aquarium fish area. Employees always are in mad mood and this time she were afraid to be close of customers. I do understand that we have to keep distance each other but there are ways to be nice and trate to the costomer.

Place was clean but the employees were following me around the store breathing down my neck it made me feel like I wanted to leave immediately

The pet hospital staff was very helpful and took the time to address all my concerns with my pets name..went to pick up the fish and the attendant was not super happy or willing to help...followed protocol and waited for her to attend to me...but she was busy digging out the bugs or crickets...dunno what was in the boxes..couldnt find the sword tail they showed online as low in-stock but couldnt find any so had to come back with the next best option.

I love bringing my pup Cami here. The groomers are always so sweet with my girl. She is so scared of her paws being touched and they are so great with her. I always get her back happy and feel confident of their ability to groom her.

I took my dog to be groomed here, and after a day I noticed razor burns under his neck, and genital area. The salon manager, Alyssa B., at first said- it’s probably due to some allergies. And she was unprofessional - ignorant and rude. Immediately I took him to the vet, and they confirmed- that it was due to the grooming Salon’s error. Meaning that they shaved the dog too closely. All this could have been avoided.Above all, I’m sad as my pup have to go through this irritation and pain for next 10 days.

This pet store is my favorite to visit with our little Jack Russell. They have a large variety of toys for our dog along with one of the best food and treat selection. The staff at this location are always helpful and friendly for any of our needs but I particularly have an amazing experience with Alyssa at the grooming salon. She always takes such good care of my boy. He’s not the easiest pup to deal with, but she does an amazing job with him!

Spa staff all Friendly and knowledgeable. Worked well with first time puppy visit.

Made sure to select the dog and bath with the top dog package online. My dog came out face was not clean, she didn’t smell clean, no bow or accessory that I paid for & coat didn’t seem conditioned. Took over 2 hours to “clean” her and when I questioned what package I ordered and what was included they said I could come back for a bow. The Woodbridge location is way more effective/reliable

The store has everything youll need and the prices are reasonable.The staff is helpful and friendly. The cats that are there waiting therefor homes are happy because they have clean cages and plentyof food, water, clean litter and beds.

Not bad the employees are just all very socially akward which makes it surprisingly easy to talk to them .

I was there a week ago on a Saturday the store associates were very polite and helpful that is very appreciated. But the associates by the grooming area were very rude all three ladies will not let me finish my questions and when I ask for prices they just rolled their eyes up. Sorry I can give you a full five star and you need better staff in the grooming area that does not discriminate the customer by been LATINO.

I visit the Petsmart in Edison NJ almost every week. I have several indoor cats and a TNR’d feral colony that I also feed. The folks at the Edison Petsmart are amazing. They go out of their way to help you however they can. They always greet me with a smile and it starts my Saturday’s off on the right foot; a little laughter and always a great deal. The cashiers; namely Dawn and Michelle are always pleasant funny and always have time to answer questions and still process my sometimes large order in a timely manner. Bob, Jeff, Dave, Madison are also pretty amazing employees but more importantly they are pretty awesome people. Jeff actually went out of his way to go to another Petsmart store to get an item that the Edison store was out of. Petsmart should be proud to have such dedicated understanding and amazing people working for your company; proving that you can still provide superb customer service even in these challenging times. I love my Edison Petsmart!!!

What an incredibly awful grooming salon! Do not go to this place!!! They raised the price without telling me, nicked my puppy’s belly and were so rude about it all. Go anywhere else but here for your grooming needs

They have everything you could ever need for your pets! Awesome! I just wish they had more wild bird supplies like Squirrel proof bird feeders, fountain bird baths, wild nesting boxes - and even proper bat housing - bats eat mosquitos, we need them in their own houses, not our attics! - but even PETSMART should know a squirrel can chew through everything except metal (that was probably an executive choice from somebody at a desk who doesnt watch what squirrels do to a bird feeder)! Big all in all, the employees are great, parking is easy, and you can bring your furry, feathery or scaly friends in with you!

If you want to buy sick fresh water fish,then this store is for you!

Groomers did a very bad cut for my puppy. Not happy with the service at all. They literally shaved the eye area rather than a trim and he looks very weird now. Also, no bow or bandana like they have mentioned when I booked the service.

My dog had full grooming appointment. The staff was very unprofessional. Groomer did very bad and unprofessional work. I seemed like some unprofessional has cut the hair . Hair cut was uneven and it made my dog look weird and ugly. I will never recommend this place. It’s full of unprofessional staff.

Associates were very helpful and suggested treats based off samples they had for my puppy to try. Workers are much nicer than the Edison Petco.

Took my puppy to get groomed, when I booked the appointment it specifically said 4 to 5months would have to have proof of rabies shot, my pup literally just turned 4months today !! Same day as his appointment & they refused to groom him, waste of time ! Never taking him back here

Excellent customer service! Was looking for large bags of litter for the savings that they were out of stock. Cris double checked the back to make sure they didnt have more and then offered the smaller bags at same price per pound. I bought more bags than would have at the better price and this saved me money and time that I do not have to come back sooner than later. That kind of service keeps me coming back regardless!

Maria in the grooming department is a Jewel. I do not trust anyone with my 2.8 lbs chihuahua and was a nervous wreck the first time I brought her for grooming and nails. Now I dont even think twice and my Petunia enjoys her spa time!

Nice place. I bring my dog here for grooming and the vet. The groomer is very nice, my dog is always excited to see her. The vet is nice too. Sometimes there are small problems but overall I love this place!

Groomers are great. They truly care about the animals. Please note they have new policies regarding certain breeds affecting grooming times and dont assume they tell you over the phone so when booking your appointment ask!

Just another store with pets you probably should not buy. But hey they provide food for them and their habitat. This is just another pet store. The staff is nice.
