These folks are Incompetent and the staff is RUDE! DANGER!!!!! This is the WORTS run business Ive ever come across. RUN (if you can - I cant) the other way. I will be reporting them to the proper authorities in state of NJ.

The receptionist initially was helpful but afterward, they didnt answer the phone and there an indefinite wait for the braces that was ordered. The physical therapist has a line they have not received the prescription, ” even though a few days before they said they received the prescription. Th service is disappointing and sloppy. They received the prescription and for about three weeks and cannot deliver the goods and they are not answering the phones.

They are scammers!I came here because I needed a splint after my knee surgery. The person came to get my measurements. They asked for my insurance and driver license for proof of identity. Later they said that my insurance will not cover for the procedure so I will have to pay out of the pocket.I though this was completely unacceptable, and I was getting ready to leave. Knowing that I wont be using them, they conveniently lost my drivers license! They said they cannot find it and all the while trying to persuade me to pay out of pocket for the procedure.After I lost my temper, they found my license and I got out of there.PATIENTS BEWARE of this business.

Typically I dont write reviews but this place deserves one.The staff and the owner, Rakesh Jain, are the most unprofessional people I have met. I had to get a procedure done and I went to this clinic because it is close to my home.My measurements were taken and they said it will be ready in 1 week. It has been nearly two months and I have not heard anything from them. Despite countless calls they became unresponsive. They charged my insurance and forgot about me.I honestly feel, they just want your money.

This place is terrible. Customer Service and patient confidentiality is not a importance. They sell your information and they try to force you to opt for their better braces so they can get more money. Please stay away and find another clinic.

Horrible customer service at this facility! Receptionist has horrible attitude and always yelling on phone and being snarky. They promise to have a prosthesis ready for you in a matter of 3 weeks to one month but end up taking 3 months.

No patient respect and horribleAttitude when you call and ask about the delay in service. Seriously should’ve read the reviews about the company before hand. Word of advice to anyone thinking about anything from this company please read all the reviews before anything.

This place is terrible!The clinic itself is very old and seems simply a house converted to a business.The staff are incredibly rude and do not understand that we would like to keep our info confidential. I am sure they gave our information to other clinics because now we are getting calls from them too!If you want to get something done in convenience and in a good amount of time, this is also the wrong. It took nearly 2 months and they charged my insurance before it was done.Find another clinic for your needs.

They did not make a brace that met my mothers needs. When I asked them to make adjustments to my mothers needs they refused. I took it back asking them to remove the foot portion that was making this brace a fall risk to my mom. Their answer was wear a shoe instead of adjusting the brace to my moms needs. Essentially this company charged medicare for a brace my mother cant ever use that will be thrown in the garbage. No professionalism. I took them the brace in July and never heard from them again. I had to call in October to find out what the deal was with the brace. If I could have given them a zero I would.

Lacks professionalism and barely anyone in this company speaks English you can barely understand anyone. They billed my fathers insurance and collected payment for services that were never fully rendered! SCAMMERS!

How to get scammed? Go to this place.Over charged my insurance on things that did not happen. Sent a bill on top of that.

A bunch of untalented “professionals” called to inquire about a brace for my mom and the lady on the phone who claimed her name was “beauty” was so rude.

The people who work there are under qualified and I am sure they are just High School Graduates. I dont think anyone is qualified to work there.

I came here to get my brace and I met the most rude and professional staff. Would give zero stars if possible.

Friendly delivery they gave me instructions on using my bed and explaining insurance coverage etc

If there was option to give 0 stars I would have given that . Poor customer service, no professionalism, liars. First, the intern orthotist named Mohammed took the wrong measurement. Second, even after getting the splint they didnt call and I had to call them to schedule the pick-up. Then to get new size splints with right size I had to wait for more than 2 weeks as the owner, Rakesh Jain, was in India. While in India he asked Himang to place the replacement order but he placed two orders and none of them was right. Then the owner assured me to place the next size order but he didnt. The calls to them doesnt make any difference. They wasted more than 1.5 months and still didnt get the desired product whereas I was in need of the splint soon. I had the worst experience with this company. Beware of them!!

Terribly rude and unfriendly. Charged my insurance twice and it was painful to get it back. Also they do everything in the cheapest way possible.
