I was shipping a dozen La Bagels (right next door) from Edison to LA for my homesick husband. Obviously it had to be overnight. BONUS: When you walk in, you’ll most likely be enthusiastically greeted by Petey the dog. Shipping has skyrocketed since the last time I did it. The very good people at Edison Pack and Ship Business Center carefully packed my bagels the same as if it had been a Lalique vase. He found the smallest box the bagels would comfortably fit within, and his wife hit me with the hard truth. FedEx would cost a fortune! Unsatisfied with the price, the couple who owns EPSBC searched several shippers and ways to get the package home in a flash. We landed on UPS which quoted $100 less. Did they have to spend the extra time to save me money for my follie? No! Did they greet every single person who entered as they researched my options? Yes! These professionals go out of their way to give you the best service possible. So rare these days and deeply appreciated. Thank you so much for helping me make my husband very happy!

NEVER GET ANYTHING PRINTED HERE. Charged me $6 for a total of 6 pages and it took them 20 minutes. 6 pages at office depot would cost 90 CENTS!!! I understand its what charged... i just wouldnt recommend getting ANYTHING printed here EVER.Id like to thank them for overpriced and slow service lol.

I had an amazing experience at Edison Pack and Ship. Steve and Azriella Jaffe take customer service to a new level. I needed to send my children abroad a package. I was able to drop off the toys and clothing at their store and they took it from there. Steve told me that if it was repackaged the duty would be lower. He took a tremendous amount of time to repack it and looked for the cheapest shipper. It was sent and received within three days. These people are an amazing local resource. I highly recommend Edison Pack and Ship. I live in Arizona, and had purchased a piece of furniture from a seller in NJ. I contacted Edison Pack and Ship, and worked with Steve who was so polite, great communication and follow up. They were able to pick up the piece of furniture from the seller, pack it, and ship it to me. They took great care in packing it, and it arrived in excellent condition. Even the freight delivery company was impressed with how well they packed it so it would arrive undamaged. I would use them again if needed.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. I needed help packing some very heavy and oblong furniture pieces that wouldn’t fit in a standard sized box. The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond to help me more than I could have expected from a UPS/Fedex store. He was so polite and helpful and packed both boxes for me perfectly. Keep in mind one of them weighed 75 pounds! Would definitely recommend and will be returning every time I have a packing and/or shipping need.

The owners sent it as quickly as possible and as inexpensively as possible, taking into account our preferences. They also created a custom box for the item with masterful craftsmanship that was very protective, and the item arrived on time and in perfect shape! I live right up the street from this place and I have been going there for 3 yrs I must admit it is my go to place for everything I need from Notary to print a sheet of paper. We have used them for many basic shipping tasks, particularly when we needed a box as well as the shipping. We have always been very satisfied with their service. They would always check both FedEx and USPS for the best rate for shipping. We have also used them to pack and ship an antique dresser mirror and various other items that the movers left at our house. The rate was reasonable and they had the knowledge, skill and supplies to pack things better than we ever could have. We will miss this service, after our move.

We are in the process of moving to Florida. When we looked at the amount of stuff in our house, we realized we needed HELP. Looking around, we couldnt find anyone willing to get in the trenches with us. Slow to respond unpin entry, and no individual FedEx receipt option. I would rather drive farther to go to a dedicated FedEx store.

- Notary service is really great, they are really doing this for reasonable prices.- International courier service ( Fedex and DHL ) is at lower rates and the parcel would reach at destination quickly when compared to original fedex and they would charge more.- best customer service.I would highly recommend this.

Very warm and customer friendly environment. I was very happy the way I was treated. I urgently needed few documents notarized on Sunday afternoon and Edison Pack & Ship team came to my rescue. Their shop closes as 1:30 PM on Sunday and I called them at 1:15 PM with urgent request. They waited for me beyond 1:30 PM and made sure all necessary documents are notarized. I went to Edison Pack and Ship today and had the most wonderful experience. I had to ship two packages out of the country and Steve took me through the steps and assisted me through the entire process with patience and expertise. He offered to comparison price check the services of the different delivery services although it took him more time. In the end my packages were sent out the best way possible, by someone who cared and double checked everything so I wouldnt have any issues with customs etc. Other places just take your package, have you fill out the paperwork, and if it gets there great, if not, so be it.I hope to have more packages to send out and Edison Pack and Ship will definitely be my go to place for all shipping needs for sure.So happy to have them in the neighborhood.

My furniture consisting of 2 old wooden chairs & table of similar type were packed in such a way it even amazed the delivery truck driver. Items were received earlier than I expected. Steve understood these were family heirlooms & not replaceable and treated them as such. Highly recommend.

Holy cow, these people are amazing! I was changing jobs and needed to make a big move, but I couldnt afford movers. The folks at Edison Pack & Ship gave me great advice, helped me pack the delicate things like the viola and the computer, and proceeded to ship over forty boxes for me. Way cheaper than movers, and my boxes arrived within days. I would do it again in a heartbeat. My only regret is that I cant use them again!

I had a positive experience at Edison Pack & Ship. I had some photocopies made and also had a document scanned and transferred onto a flash drive. The people there were very friendly and helpful. They helped me reformat the scanned file so that it would print out better. The store is quite distinctive in that they dont just offer shipping services. Besides for copies, faxes and lamination, they sell office supplies, greeting cards, jewelry and assorted gifts. They even do gift wrapping. Its a very special place thats worth while checking out.

Went with my brother whos moving to San Fran for boxes and to ship via FedEx and the service was wonderful. They even held his boxes for a few days so that the shipment would coordinate with his arrival on the West Coast. And the value was great. It is the best affordable place to pack and ship your packages. They use FedEx service. They have small jewelry and greeting card sections also.Every time i went there, I was greeted very well by the owner (Steve). Once I had a long confusing list while packing and sending my FedEx package, they made it so simple for me that I just had to pick up my tracking number and the receipt of my shipment in few mins.Rather than going to any other stores, I would prefer this store because at the end of the day Customer Service matters the most.

The team at Edison Pack & Ship went above and beyond what I expected. They took a flyer of mine and made multiple changes on more than one occasion. They did a beautiful job printing it and the turnaround time was exceptional.

Theyre so nice people. I moved to Italy and I had to ship a 110lbs pack of stuff I wasnt able to carry on the flight.They spent a lot of time looking for the best fare and the best day to ship, and to prepare a good box and making paperwork to avoid unneeded customs delays and costs.Without their help, I would have paid hundreds dollars more.

I was under a strict timeframe for notarizing and sending off very important documents and the person who seemed to be the owner was very caring and willing to help!

Went here to drop off a returning package and they charged me $2 for printing out the shipping label. They didn’t tell me I would be charged for that when I walked in the store. Would go to a real UPS store instead because it’s supposed to be free. Well, will not go there again.

I had been putting off getting a housewarming present for my sister, because I wanted to find just the right thing, but dont have time to shop. Ive become a regular user of Edison Pack and Ship. It is run by a charming couple who bend over backwards to meet (and usually exceed) my needs. I look forward to a long association with them.

These folks are the best! I sell records and audio gear professionally through ebay and other online sources. Some times I sell an item that is simply too large, heavy and fragile for me to ship myself. In these instances I bring the items to Steve and Azriela. Theyll pack it and send the quote directly to my buyer. Weve gone through this process a number of times now and weve always had great success. Add to that a clean shop and friendly service, and theres no reason for me to ship with anyone else!

I walked into the store at 8am on the opening day hoping to find a gift for my sister-in-law. What a nice surprise to find all types of handmade and unique jewelery. I was immediately drawn to some earrings that were quite literally knitted with fine wire and enmeshed with multi-colored freshwater pearls. I just couldnt resist buying them for my daughter-in-law, as they will appeal to her contemporary tastes. But back to my sister-in-law. I found just the right bracelet for her. Along with the bracelet, Azriela gave me a lengthy printout about the artist, making the gift just that more special. The next time I need a gift, I will return to Steve and Azrielas store.

The manager is a friendly grandfather, very nice. There is also a Chinese intern, so it is very convenient. The reason for the recommendation is mainly on the side of hmart, and in addition to the fedex or something, there is a Chinese express, quite cheap, anyway, cheaper than AAE, the express is not too slow.

The owner and intern are very nice and responsible. You can pay for packaging and other services. The price is also very fair ~ ~ mainly have Chinese express service, very good ^ _ ^ recommended! !
