Mala and Rita are great. I’ve gotten my brows done by Rita a couple of times and she is wonderful.Mala did my brows for the first time today and she made sure I loved them as I am pretty picky with my brows.Absolutely love coming here. Very clean. Employees are friendly. Haven’t had anything bad to say yet!

I’ve been going to Rita for about 2 years now and she’s the only one i will EVER go to! she shapes them just how i ask and is super sweet! she’s clean and makes me feel comfortable! if you need someone to touch up your eyebrows or perfect them ask for Rita. she really knows what she is doing!

Mala always does an amazing job on my eyebrows. She is very kind and professional. I have been going to her for a while now and I’ve never been disappointed. She is definitely worth driving over 45 minutes just to get my eyebrows done. I would highly recommend her if you shop in Menlo Park Mall and your looking for amazing eyebrows.

Mala did my eyebrows along with my mom’s and she was the best! It was my first time try threading and I was petrified but she definitely assured me I would be able to get through it; SHE DID NOT MISLEAD ME ONE BIT! I will definitely be back !

Great service. They won’t engage in too much conversation if you don’t want to. I was in and out in less then ten minutes. Brows were BEAUTIFUL. Not too pricey @ $12.

I always had issues with my eye brows shape but when the lady named ‘fareeha’ did my shape it was so perfect as I wanted. shes been very polite and sweet whenever I go there. I’ll always recommend her first. Keep up with your magic like always. :)

I don’t know who did the other people eyebrows but mines was a mess! I would never go back there !! One side was higher than the other I walked out looking crazy !!!

This place look very good but who lady’s work there they all r so rude I go for there for my eyebrows done I just ask for can I use the restroom before my eyebrows done the lady who seat in front she said No they have not restroom use allowed 🚻for customer I say wait I am prangant I cannot wait they all don’t care my condition that time I was in pain what they are don’t understandI said if I done my eyebrows first than after I can use the restroom they don’t have restroom.I just walked out I understand indian people don’t have no manners 😡😡

The worst threading experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a threading job that was as painful as this one. The woman was also so rude and didn’t show me the end result to make sure it was ok. She didn’t offer me lotion or a tissue to wipe away the hairs from my eyes. I wouldn’t come here again even if I was desperate.

Terrible service. I had to stop midway because she was being very aggressive while threading my full face and wouldnt stop. I have been getting threaded since I was young but this was the only time I ever had to stop her.
