I was extremely impressed with the great customer service they offered! I requested a quote and they were quick to respond. They offered a same day appointment within a 1-2 hrs window, they showed up on time, and did an excellent job cleaning and removing the extra stuff that fell around the property. I did four estimates and they were the best.They did my friends home who also had excellent results and highly recommended them. I had the same experience. Very polite and quick. They removed old gutters and hung new ones and neatly cleaned after themselves. I even told Falcon I may have a bird nest in my gutters and he said he would carefully check on the birds! Weve had some heavy rain recently so we wanted sturdy gutters that will get the job done. Falcon cleaned my gutters. They were professional, very responsive and reasonably priced. I have used them for years and have always been very satisfied.

They did gutter cleaning, replaced 3 x 8 feet long sections of aluminum siding fallen off the edge of the roof, and extended one of the gutter ends so the water does not wash out the foundation. All in all responsive and efficient, which I cannot say about others in the area.

Arrived on time, we walked around to each gutter section to observe drainage, conditions and explained process. The cleaning was well done and they left all areas clean. Highly recommend and will higher again.

Ive been procrastinating on getting my gutters cleaned, and decided on Falcon after reading the reviews, it must be said my earlier attempts to get quotes through servicemagic or whatever its called now, were less than satisfactory. Falcon gave a reasonable rate, were on time, and did the job with admirable efficiency, the also tied up a few loose ends on the gutter bindings, fixed and corrected them and got them clean. Gave me a good analysis of the state of the gutters without providing alarming projections. I highly recommend these gentlemen.

I had Percy over to clean my gutters. While doing so, he noticed that one of the downspouts into the ground was clogged. He showed back up the following day to address this issue and create a new downspout for me to ensure water flows away from the foundation. I only live in a one story home but even so I was always on edge climbing a ladder and cleaning my gutters. I will make sure to give Percy my business in the future when its time to clean my gutters due to his professionalism.
