Scheduled our appointment for an oil sweep and the guy never showed. Called him 10 minutes after the appointment time and he stated that it slipped his mind. Dont understand how people like this run a business. I should have been tipped off after our initial call when he said peace at the end of the phone call.

Update: Mike (the owner) called me on 10/07 and informed that he never received a request for reports for my property. He also informed that he made changes in his staffing to fix such lapses. I’m glad he called to clarify and he also promised to send me reports today. Currently we are the Only company to offer these services in addition to the regular oil tank sweepHowever, you will realize that this is all just marketing when you actually request them for the records. It has been at least 3 weeks since I requested and every time I call the lady on the phone says I will follow up with the owner, I dont do this. Worst part, they dont even keep you informed of what is going on or why the delay. Definitely wouldnt recommend.

Mike came out to do a sweep on Monday, 6/1. He found one area where there was a metal anomaly. He suggested an exploratory dig which he could do at a charge or we could do and send him photos. We decided to dig on the same day and when we went two feet and found nothing I called Mike. He said he would come out later that day or the next to take a look. When I didnt hear from him the next day I left three messages that all went unanswered. He finally replied the next morning at 8:09 only saying I was unable to make it there yesterday. I replied at 8:14am asking when he thought he could get out there as we need to verify if there is a tank or not. I have not heard back from him since. This is now a full week. I wound up hiring another company and paying for a whole new sweep. The metal anomaly mentioned by Mike turned out to be a piece of garden fencing. Luckily the property was clear and we can move forward with the purchase.As is with anything in life communication is key. I myself work in an industry that relies on customer business to succeed. Its never an option to just not communicate with them. Its unprofessional and just damn rude. What should have been a relatively simple process was drawn out much longer than necessary, became more expensive than necessary and was insanely frustrating. I would never recommend this company.

Mike was so knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently.He brought along Curtis, a dog that is actually able to detect the scent of the oil tank! He went beneath a really low lying deck during the sweep, putting my mind at ease that the job was done right and was 100% complete. We needed to sweep a property that we were about to buy in Manalapan for an old underground oil tank. Eric scheduled the appointment within 2 days of my phone call. The price is very reasonable. He was right on time, inspected the property thoroughly, answered all my questions and emailed me the report on the same day. Appt was at noon. When I got there the tech was already done scanning. We went inside the house he checked for more physical evidence found none, paid him, and he left.

These guys use fraudulent bait and switch advertising on their website. It claims free record search of underground storage tank (UST) with every tank sweep job. This is completely false. When your baited into calling them, they state you need to pay $200-300 for them to perform a search.
