Had an iPad with a damaged screen, and an actual hole in it, that we thought was unrepairable. It was fixed in under an hour and works flawlessly. Hopefully will never need this service again, but if we do, would definitely not hesitate to return. Great experience !!!

Michael is the best on phone repairs.I had S20 ultra which was not turning ON due to water warning. I took it to leading chain repair shop and they said, motherboard has to be replaced to get it fixed. And I wanted to try at this place as they had fixed my S7 edge cracked screen few years back.And Michael fixed the water warning issue in few hours, he knows well about latest phones and how to fix them.I would highly recommend this place for any phone or tablet repairs!!!

A very good place to get your phone fixed. My phone had extreme water damage and was not responding. I took my phone initially to IbreakUfix... but those guys did no effort. Then i got here, Micheal, not only explained to me the difficulty but tried his best to recover the data from internal memory of the phone.Micheal is very good phone technician. I called this shop to touch base with Michael to see if my Samsung battery came in. When I called to ask for Michael, another male answered the phone said Michael will be back on Monday and hung up. I did not get a chance to even explain why I was calling. I proceeded to call back to tell the individual that I was a customer and then he proceeds to ask what do you need in a abrupt tone. I, then said Never mind and I ended the call. If this is how a potential new customer is dealt with, this is very unfortunate. I will not be calling back or dealing with this business again. Terrible customer and communication skills. Very disappointing.

Michael is a stand up guy. I brought my phone there after power button was stuck and phone stuck in recovery mode. Michael diagnosed it using several methods and through his magic was able to get it up and running, fixed without losing all my data which was important. I discovered my WiFi and Bluetooth didn’t work after the fix, I brought it back and Michael acknowledged that he may have caused it to disconnect and order a replacement part, fixed it at no charge. I respect that and he has earned my trust as an honest business person. Any phone, iPad repairs I will look to Michael first.

Owner is not trustworthy, put a defective screen on my phone, then blamed me for coming to him with a default phone. He disabled my phone, the digitizer and motherboard. Doesnt take accountability. Called me suspicious and a liar. Worst customer service. This business is shady and needs some investigation.

My phone was completely destroyed and i had no hope for it! until i stepped in mobility and beyond & one of employees told me that there still might be hope for it! the back of my iPhone 8 plus and the front were completely cracked! The gentleman came out after only 10 minutes and told me that it only needed a new screen and back screen replacement. They replaced the screen and told me to come back for the back in 2 days. I completely recommend for anyone who’s phone is damaged. I give these guys 10/10.

Very helpful when it comes to fixing your phone. I have gone there twice to get a cellphone repaired. The first time the employee let me know that my phone could not be fixed and the second time they were able to fix it. Everything is well lit and organized. The only problem is finding parking since I do not believe they have parking in the back for their clients.

My phone looked horrendous during the quarantine but still useable, my girlfriends phone however broke when she got home, I couldn’t find any place open during this time but some how she found this place and they fixed both our 6s’s screens for a good price now quarantine and living can be alittle more bearable thanks to this shop!

My iPhone died and wouldnt turn on, even when it was hooked up to a charger. I brought it into Mobility and Beyond and was greeted with great service by sales associate, Stan. He was able to change my battery and replace my screen (it was cracked previously..) all at a reasonable price. The wait time wasnt long either. When my iPhone was fixed and turned back on, I didnt lose any data, which is what I was originally afraid would happen. I recommend this business highly!!

One of the best places to have your phone fixed. Mike is one of the honest people you will come across in your life. My phone wasnt charging and I was expecting that a battery might need replacement. Friendly staff, good service, and better pricing than most of the repair shops in the area. They also generally provide a 6 month warranty on any hardware/electronic defects from repairs outside of any physical damage. The techs are good but they have grossly underestimated repair times twice now.Also my first repair was a screen replacement but when I returned home, I found that the touchscreen lost a great amount of sensitivity [became less responsive]. I returned to the store and they fixed it for free, of course, but would have liked to have avoided that issue the first time around.Otherwise, a good repair place with competitive pricing.

Great Job on a Screen Repair for Galaxy S 3. Flawless Repair, Very Professional. Staff is very nice, polite and helpful. Done within 2 Hours. Prices are reasonable. They are across the street from Menlo Park Mall, so you can go to the mall, while your phone is being repaired.

Fixed my Android screen at a pretty steep price (130). Unfortunately, its hard to find someone to do it for much cheaper, but I thought I was paying for the timeliness, as indicated in other reviews. They said to come back in 2 hours, it ended up taking 8 days for my phone screen to get fixed.

My iPhone 5 was repaired nicely and adequately at a good price. They completed it in a timely manner and were very helpful with other questions. There were many different color options as well for the newly repaired phone, and they sold a variety of different items for phones. Overall recommended for phone repairs!

My laptop havent started. Screen was black. I also connected to external display, it didnt help. So i took my laptop here. I was told that as per their diagnosis, my laptop display had issue. I have to pay $150 to get it repair. When i asked them why my external display didnt work, if the issue is with my laptop display. I didnt get proper response. So i got the laptop back, read many forums & came to know that removing & inserting RAM again will help. I did exactly same, now my laptop is working like Charm. Only good point here is they havent charged me any bucks for their diagnosisI feel for minor damages, (i.e. like screen scratch) this might be the best shop. Not for bigger repairs
