I do not believe the product I received was authentic, if it was, perhaps it was watered down to fill the bottle. I purchased a tester (which did not even come in a plain box?), I was able to purchase a travel size of the same fragrance to compare and the retail sold travel size far out performed in scent and longevity. Great prices but as the saying goes... you get what you pay for. Very disappointing, lesson learned.

Buyers Beware. Not all perfumes sold here are legit. The Jo Malone fragrances are fake. Even though they look real, they are not. I took the trouble of taking mine to a Jo Malone counter and it was not an original. I returned it and had to wait until they received it. They issued the credit, but it was a headache. Needless to say, I dont trust Gift Express anymore.

I called the company and as with any company the first thing they tell you is I understand how you feel - Im so sorry, and they proceeded to read the proverbial script and insist all of their products are authentic. They then go on to tell you once you return the item they will credit you which Im okay with. However, because I got duped once, I am not taking their word to be authentic. I informed them I would send it back with a signed receipt request from the postal office. That didnt sit well with them which sound like a them problem to me. Either way folks DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY because, if it sounds too good to be true, its not authentic.

I ordered two bottles of the same men’s cologne and I was sent a bottle of men’s and a bottle of women’s.I’ve been using this scent for years and the fragrance does not match to the bottle I am currently using.Both the men’s and women’s do not smell fresh and new in my opinion. There almost seems to be no difference in how each other smells too.The bottles weren’t even filled to the top.Have my doubts about the authenticity of the product. The bottle itself and the plastic box are correct but I feel like it’s been tampered with.The men’s bottle had damage and flaws of which I’ve never seen on any bottle I’ve received over the years from different sources.The shrink wrap packaging on the men’s was incorrect when compared to past orders from other sources.

I received my products in a wonderful time frame with both purchases, (Paris from YSL and Halston (for women and men cologne). From the time i placed my order to receiving at my door, i had no issues at all. Shipping time was pretty quick considering whats going on in the world. I especially loved the way the product was packaged, it made me feel like i was getting a legit top class product even if it wasnt that.

I ordered 3 bottle of Eternity for women by Calvin Klein. Ive been wearing this perfume and only this perfume since it came out in 1988. The perfume is NOT authentic and DEFINITELY not Eternity. Ive been wearing it long enough to know the real thing. The Eternity printed the bottle is NOT the same (its a lighter shade of gray nor is the sticker in the bottom). The sad thing is they actually lie and send you an invoice that says, Its authentic. Do yourself a favor do not buy anything from this FRAUD of a company. I didnt receive my money back.

I actually received an authentic product. So if you are here to know if this is a scam no it’s not as long as I know. They’ll call you after 1-2 days after your order to ask about your order and make sure you’re not doing fraud. The only downside was that the delivery time took forever they said it would take 5-7 it took 11 days for me to actually get the product. Other than that pretty solid
