Complete scam company! They tried to turn a small water leak into a major insurance claim. I asked numerous times for them to show me the claim before submitting it to my carrier and they gave me every excuse possible why they couldnt. They submitted the claim without me seeing it first. When it was denied, they sent me a bill for $3,300 for a bogus water restoration from a company theyre in cahoots with and now theyre threatening to sue me! The whole entire process was a scam! Run as fast as you can from this company!

Took these guys 18 months to clear a simple claim. I had to spend money out of my own pocket to fix my property and then waste months and loads of time following up with them to get my claim cleared. I would highly recommend going to any other adjuster you can find over this team. The level of unprofessionalism was on another level as well. on the day of the property inspection the adjuster texts me and tells me how she cant make it because the GPS was causing her to drive in circles around my town ( I highly doubt thats possible in 2019). it would have been better is she just said she cant make it instead of lying about it. Ultimately not worth your time or energy to work with these guys.
