I recently bought a car from Edison Nissan and had two tires leaking air. I called the dealer and explained the situation, they immediately scheduled an appointment for me at my earliest convenience. I brought the car in and the technicians and service advisor took that car in instantly to be looked at. Once the issue was seen, the service team got the tires replaced and I was out the door in a very reasonable time.Thank you to Edison Nissan and their service team for the help and fast turnaround.
Horrible service. When i call if they do price match they said yes than when i went to pick up my car they denied it. The guys are not customers friendly they didn’t not appreciate the customer here for service. In past i had similar experience with them but didn’t think it would happen twice at the same location. I will not recommend this place for anything. I will google comes with negative stars.
I had the most horrible experience ever here. In 2019 when I took my car there for regular check-up I was told that the tires have worn out completely (after 30,000 miles) and we might meet an accident anytime. There was so much drama to convince me. Being the novice I was, I agreed to change one tire at a very high labor cost.Next year when I took the car to the same place another salesperson said ALL the tires had a lot of life left in them. This dealerships not only tries to upsell a lot but also fails to lie consistently.
Went in for an oil and filter change. Joe C. in the Service Department was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Only gripe I had was the 1 1/2 wait for an oil change. Other than that, I am a happy customer.
DO NOT GO HERE. Took my vehicle in on 06/30/2021 for a service check .Was told the AC fan is not working and part needed to be ordered.They gave me a rental . They scratched my car in the back claiming it was not them .After weeks of waiting I was given the run around about the vehicle being ready, then not ready by different people on the phone.I finally called the corporate office to make an inquiry as to why it is taking 6 weeks to get an AC fan . Corporate office called back saying that they ordered a windshield for my vehicle which was a huge surprise to me.Finally Nissan admitted that they are doing construction in their lot and something damaged the windshield. They told me i would have my vehicle by today . Just got a call saying the windshield came in damaged and now they do not have an estimated date for another windshield.This has to be a JOKE!!! 7 weeks of not having my vehicle and nissan is playing games . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO HERE.
Good guys. I was buying used Nissan from other dealer for my nephew. On test drive I noticed some noise and wanted nissan folks to check it and advise me on the purchase. After checking it out, the lady advised me not to buy it as Transmission was about to collapse costing 3,700 dollars. They saved me.
Brought my car for Ac repair and as they check the car found other things that was not ok so I wanted to fix all which was brakes and a driving belt got my car following day just to find out A,c still not properly so brought it back the next week it took them 3 days to call me and say my car is ready so from Wednesday when I drop it went to pick it up Saturday morning and before I pulled out the place of course you will see if everything is in order but same they are charging me for a compressor which they say I needed so they changed it told me the other was defective ok lets try it again same solution as they put another compressor a lot of ppl at the desk with not so much knowledge on cars all they know is too rip you off and give u run around and feed you false hope
Buyer beware. The service department is atrocious. Never call you back, leave you on hold for long periods of time, then disconnect the call. Several appointments to fix a scratch that was on the BRAND NEW CAR and still not fixed... DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

SHOCKING. Came in with manufacturers warranty for two issues. The rep said itll take 90 minutes. I showed up 90 min later and was all set. Repairs done. No BS, to rescheduling, no pushing me to go to another dealer. All covid precautions in place. Effective and efficient. Was really not expecting such good service based on my recent experience at another dealership that sounds like flowless.Thank you!

Watch out for their finance dept. Theyre sleezy, not going over the contract with you. They feel more like vendors trying to get you to sign rather than facilitators. I would sugest you go there with a loan already
Not even a single star, if that was an option. The frontline staff is great, but so called “managers“ are the worst people to talk to. They can’t keep their own words, worst people to talk to. Nissan should think about teaching them some etiquette.No wonder there are enough 1 stars on the face of this dealership.

The staff here is very rude and unfriendly. There was a service writer yelling at a customer on the phone being very unprofessional and unnecessarily loud with the customer on speaker like it was everyone else business to hear. It was my first time at Edison Nissan, and it will be my last the waiting area is mediocre no distance between the chair, there was no coffee, no machine to buy snacks. This service department need a complete remodel and new staff. Also the left a bunch of oily finger and hand print all over the front of my shiny black plaint.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! All they seem to care about is whats in your pocket!!You would think as a dealer, especially when they charge you $160 an hour, to diagnose your car that they will actually know what is wrong. NO, they are only happy to charge you, then come up with a repair you may or may not need. They will gladly overcharge you for the repair. Then have the audacity to give you back your car with new problems claiming that it was not their fault or responsibility when something stops working after their work.When I requested to discuss the situation with a manager, I was told I have “NO RIGHT” to complain. Just hope this helps someone else avoid a similar fate!

I have never had a problem getting my car fixed here. These guys are just the best when it comes to fixing anything that goes wrong. Problems are addressed quickly and effectively, with a minimum of fuss and worry. Id trust them with any of my vehicles.
3/2/18. Went today for oil change, Was meet by Ahmad Fazal Service Consultant. Service was excellent. People here are very friendly. I enjoy coming to this Nissan’s Dealership.

Service is good and the people are helpful. Bug I would avoid bumping into a sales guy who inflates the price way too much. Went to Nissan dealership after my wonderful experience for service on my 2015 Nissan Altima with an intent to turn in my car and buy a New Rogue, but the sales guy came back with such an inflated calculation that I simply walked out. I was not sure if he was paying me for the car that I was turning or was charging me for the favor of helping me turn on the car. One of the most Pathetic Experience at any Nissan Dealership. Ah and I must mention, the guy was wasting hell lot of time and coming back giving be some BS that he has this or that. He thought I was some guy who just arrived from nowhere and he would be able to dig in my pocket just because I seemed to be easy going person.
