Juan and Frank did an excellent job on the tile and grout on the first floor. The grout was black from years of heavy use. After the cleaning it was back to the sand color we havent seen in years. They also did the carpeted stairs and upstairs bedrooms. We had a few spots there that are now gone. My wife and I are very happy with their work. We hope to have them come back and do our basement carpeting next.

I think the rugs came out great! The service people were professional and respectful.I only had an issue with the estimate. It looked like the job was going to be around $500.00, and it ended up over $1,300.00! They need to be more clear on their invoice about the exact price of the estimate.

DO NOT USE!!! They were supposed to be here today between 1-5. They never showed up until 5:30 and then sat in the truck for 15 minutes and then pulled away!!! Tried to call but kept getting rerouted to call center. I was told I kept getting rerouted because they were now closed!! Are you friggin kidding me!! We have waited around for 4 1/2 hrs to watch him sit in a truck and leave 15 minutes later because he didn’t feel like working because he was late!! The guys name is Leonard Onion as per his GPS. Do not use them!!! How do you do that to someone. The call center rep finally got a hold of a manager 20 minutes later and he said he wasn’t on duty today but would reach out to the one who was and would call me ASAP. It’s been half an hour and no one has called!!

Bill and James are excellent employees!!! They were very careful in not damaging the walls with the hose by placing covers on the corners. Also They covered the door to prevent damage. Bill and James were respectful and professional. They removed major stains from the carpet and left it looking great and smelling clean. I have 2 dogs so it wasn’t an easy job and still they managed it with knowledge, patience and product. Excellent team!

Both technicians arrived on time and were very professional. I was satisfied with the overall job, however I wish the chair could have been left a little cleaner. Other than that the hardwood floors and tile cleaning came out great as well as the area rugs and sectional.

Al (the GOAT) and Ed were energetic, friendly, and professional. They explained the process to me, put up protective equipment on wall corners and door, and got to work. Ed worked really hard to remove black stains on my beige carpeted stairs. Afterwards, they reminded me to be careful going from my carpet to the wood floors because I can slip and fall. Highly recommend Juan Guzman! My husband and I just moved into a home comprised mostly of carpets. The carpets are probably about 15 years old. Great quality but many stains. Juan and his assistant James got the stains out and the carpets all look brand new! My mother swore up and down that I would be so happy with Juan’s services. She was right. He recommended the deodorizing treatment too since we are new owners of the home. We ended up taking his word and upgrading to that because we have two cats who like to roll on the carpets and we don’t know what kind of bacteria is living in there. Many people walked through the house when it was being showed with their shoes on....Now we don’t have to worry about that. I love that the solution the crew uses is safe for animals and people. No harsh chemicals!

Ordered to clean floors & apply grout protector. Floirs were cleaned they forgot grout stuff. Rescheduled that part of service for next day and whoa...they forgot again. They either dont listen or have bad management.

I had a very dirty rug from the previous tenants they destroyed it, they put stains on it and they made a off-white carpet look Brown . The carpets were so dirty from the previous tenants that Stanley steemer couldnt get all of the dirt out of the carpet the first time, so so I called them back and they came and they did it again a second time for no cost, this time the carpet came out much much cleaner. I was very happy with the service, it wasnt their fault that they had to come back a second time it was that the carpet was so dirty. But Im glad they came back and did it again at no cost, I would recommend Stanley steemer and I would use them again. .

The 2 men who came to the house were respectful, honest and helpful. Before they started they looked at the stained areas and said we are not sure we will be able to clean the white sofa, but will try. They did try and when they could not due to the nature of the stain they modified the pricing and went on to clean other pieces of furniture. I have used this company in the past and have found their business practice reliable. I would recommend using them.

INCREDIBLE! First off, I’d like to thank Derrill and Jim for doing a phenomenal job!We are moving into a new place where the previous owners had a young kid who totally “ruined” the place. There were many deep dark stains on the carpets, soiled markings etc. it was just in really bad shape.AFTER I consulted Stanley Steamer: two things I noticed right away were 1) the price was very fair. 2) professional service. I knew it was going to be done right. They came in to inspect all the areas and make some suggestions where needed. It took them 3hrs roughly which wasn’t bad for 3 rooms, staircase and hallway. Plus I got it sanitized and conditioned for an extra $100 total.They were very friendly, clean, professional and I highly recommend them! Ironically, one of the workers cleaned my house a few years ago and the coincidence was right on. This team is superb, thanks again! A+

PROS:I called in SS to clean all my carpets. They arrived on time. They did a good job of cleaning the carpets. They communicated that certain spots cannot be cleaned. Now the carpets look clean. They were professional & were wearing masks according to safety guidelines. Waiting for carpets to dry.CONS:Only thing I was unhappy is with the pricing because there were some coupons which gave more discount. When I called 1-800 number, they used 25$ discount without me asking which is appreciable. But when I searched net, there were more coupons above 25$ discount. I would have been happy if they gave me the max discount since I did entire house cleaning.

Stanley Steemer of Edison did excellent work! They came to clean the carpets that ran through almost my entire house. I wanted a basic cleaning for the carpets because I had just purchased the home and (even though the house was very clean) I wanted a fresh start. I shopped around for quotes and they were by far the most reasonable. The woman I scheduled the cleaning with over the phone was very nice and informative. She said that if I wanted a deeper clean on the stairs and in the hallway, to mention it to the cleaners when they arrived and they would do it. I did and the cleaners weren’t looking for an extra buck. They were very honest and said that there was no need (just wear and tear of the carpets, not dirt or stains). They explained various aspects of the cleaning and things they saw. I will definitely be using Stanley Steemer in the future!

I needed someone to clean my basement carpet in a hurry. I made an appointment on Monday afternoon for the earliest time slot available on Tuesday (8:30-10:30 window). Ceasar and Eli called me 20 minutes prior to their arrival, were there well within the time frame, were so personable and professional and WOW! Did they they do a GREAT JOB on my basement carpet. They were on time, professional and courteous. However output was average. Carpets dont look gr8 after the wash - many places patches remain. Carpets were not dry even after full 12 hrs. So not very impressed at the momentNo action/ response despite multiple reminder on my complains.
