Way too expensive to replace the window tint on 1 of our truck windows

They told me they gave me a lifetime guarantee, but they didnt even give me a receipt. They sent me to various places to get it, but they never gave it to me. I wonder how they can guarantee you something if they dont even give you a receipt, when I want to claim something I wont have the way to verify it without the receipt. Watch out for this place.If you give me the receipt I will change my comment.
