Martha was a great help to me, she is so professional and even stayed passed her work hours with me just making sure I knew what i was getting myself and my family into. Unfortunately we are stuck with our current cell phone provider until the end of the month but will for sure go back with her once we can.

I switched from Cricket over to Verizon at this location and could not have asked for better service. I was helped make the switch to a better and faster service by very knowledgeable and professional staff.

I was not expecting my experience to be so great with a sales person. Ashley was so knowledgeable and very nice. She helped me with all my questions regarding my plan and showed me which purchase was best for me and my family. She wasn’t pushy and she didn’t try to sell me everything in the store. Excellent service.

Overall went well. Didnt have to wait long. Happy they had my phone and Anai was very helpful and professional. Store didnt have a big selection of phone cases, unfortunately. That was disappointing considering its the newest phone youre selling. Also, why cant accessories be put on account anymore?

I stopped in to buy a phone charger, so I told the store clerk went I first in. She was with another customer so she said: I will be right with you I waited. Took my time. Looked at the phone chargers display. Her customer walked away, so I asked her: Can you just sell me a charger? She said:No, I cant. I am still processing this order and it will be a while. I left the store. :(

I went in to see about a phone and was assisted by Sandra with the selection of my new Iphone she was very patient with me with the selection of the phone and assisted me all the way through with importing my number also with the selection of a new case and setting up my new phone! I really appreciate the amount of time she spent with me getting everything set-up this level of customer service is why I will return if I need any new phones in the future. Went in switch carriers and my experience was great! Vania helped me switch from T-Mobile and made the process so easy. I havent made the switch yet, but will definitely be going in soon to make it official. As soon as you walk in youre greeted by everyone, and the manager, Marco, was super helpful!

Lousy customer service

When it came to my phone, everything was great. In and out. Smiles and all. Once I started having issues, everything changed. Made me wait while assisting other customers even if I was there first. Told me to come to the store, then telling me they gave away my device, to come back later. Even told me over the phone that theyre busy, to go in when I had a chance, even after all the times Ive already been there wasting my time. Ill never go here again. Ill make the drive next time.

My iPhone was giving me problems and I went in this morning, and they got my issues resolved quickly! The two gentlemen Mark & Peter and the young lady Vanny were very nice. I will definitely be going to that location from now on.

We were looking to upgrade our phones and upgrade our Apple watches to the Series 3, all I can say is that is the best customer service I’ve ever received! Peter was the associate who helped us with the upgrade, walked us through the whole process of upgrading and very straight forward. Exceptional service, highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade with Verizon or to switch over to Verizon! Thank you Peter!

I called in because this one showed that it was not busy in comparison to the others in the valley. I spoke to Tong who was extremely friendly over the phone and helpful.I came in 30 minutes before closing expecting Tony to be upset we came in last minute. I was totally wrong he helped us and greeted me right away. He even remembered our conversation from earlier in the day.Tony had us out of the store in less then 20 min. And that was activating a brand new account and transferring my old number from another company.Thank you Tony! I will come back here for all my Verizon needs!

Worst experience ever I saw. I went to transfer service to another service, it took to them 2 hours to compete, then finally when they charged me $131 it was time to close the store they told me when You receive the text message turn off your phone then turn on after that your service will come automatically. I did everything and I didn’t receive any network at all, and all night is waiting me without network. I called Verizon customer service they told me my balance is 00. tonight I have to be out of service because of this store.

Went in for a service change, and the manager was very helpful. They stayed a little past their hours to get us squared away.

So I just call this location I tell the girl I got my own phone. I tell her how much do the packages start off at she says how many phones I said I got my own phone. She said $80 I said thats your cheapest she said yes I said you dont have anything less than that she said yes its $30. I said so you do have something cheaper she said yes we have I think 30 and I think 50 and I think 70. LOL I said what do you mean you think oh, do you work there? She says Im just not sure what we have I said can you pass me to someone she said its because Im busy right now can I call you back later.? LMAOattn: ranchise OWNER: is this what u hire?I THINK????

Went in to transfer service from one device to another due to a warranty issue. The lady wanted to charge us a small fee of $21.00 for simple customer service. Never going to this store. Waste of 30 seconds I was there.
