The gentleman was very nice and he did a good job. He was a bit messy however and he covered quite a few sprinkler heads. None were damaged though. I just had to go looking for them to uncover them. I had to do a lot of cleaning after he left. Overall he did a good job though. I would still use their services.

Very rude and NOT understanding Lady, especially in this time of crisis. I request someone to come to my house and she denied the services because I have to pay the warranty for 2020. I told her that the reason I didnt request 2020 services is due to the pandemic and was laid off and had been struggling, that was the reason why I didnt request for services. She STILL DIDNT understand and told me that if I wanted their services I still had to pay for the warranty services for 2020 that I didnt use & 2021 for someone to come to my house and service the house. As for now its been denied!! So that was going to be a total close to $600.00 I cant believe this people😡😡😡

Mr. Rene Flores answered all my questions in a professional and informative manner. The two young men who came to our house were also very polite and professional.We are very pleased with their services and highly recommend them.

When Covid first came out Esparza was awesome, I think they charged .50 cents an ounce for the disinfecting spray. Now the price has tripled!!! Theyre getting rich off this stuff, while my small business might go out of business if I keep buying this spray! Cant believe how they have changed just to make a buck off Covid! Sad.

I had a great experience at Esparzas Pest Control. I went in to buy sone RX15 and the youngman told me about a new product they are selling an air cleaner, kills all kinds of air pollution, virus etc. Ill be back soon. I want to know more about their services.

Way too expensive! Almost 400 bucks for a month of rodent control...no mouse caught after a 30 days. Also, We had a gap of not using there service for three years. When we were ready to ask for services, they refused and said we had to pay for last three years at once.

Moved into a new home and realized I had all types of pest issues. Termites, 2 different types of roaches, spiders, rats, and everything in between! I called Esparza Pest Control and they went out there the very next day and started treatment. Great service!

Well theyve done it again...ugghh!! i dont know why i give my business to esparzapest control. Paul keeps calling me to schedule annual inspection during a week day. I keep telling him i work monday thru friday & cant take off.. i finally agree to have them come during my lunch hour..i rush home to keep my appointment AND THEY DO NOT SHOW UP UGHHH!! I call them they dont know what happen but say they will schedule me AGAIN! are they for real??!! This is not the first time theyve done this...Mr Esparza you should get more responsible people to run your business. I told Paul to call me back when he found out what happen that they did not show nor did they call. SAD TO SAY I HAVENT HEARD FROM HIM OR HIS SUPERVISOR

I have been doing business with Esparzas Pest Control for over 20 yrs. Last year there was a mis-communication between us.. glad to report everthing was resolved within a couple of days. Esparza Pest Control continues to be the only pest control company for me....time to change rating back to 5 stars!

Poor and miss communication they are terrible they have a tech there named mark who just doesn’t know how to do his job I call them to close some holes and they refuse to close them stating the guy who does that is off . Shouldn’t all your tech be certified in every aspect
