I had the pleasure of working with JP English while purchasing a Polaris ranger for my son and husband. The transaction could not have gone smoother. The customer service was top notch and the process was completely stress free. When it was time to get the extras added on I worked with Sergio in the service department. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. I would recommend Amgio Power to anybody looking for a friendly stress free process in purchasing this type of machinery.

Wow, this place is amazing! I went today to have my tractors blades replaced and a deck wheel installed and within 30 minutes it was done. It was also great that they had the parts in stock.The owner is always friendly and takes the time to see if all is well with service.Additionally, the sales and service staff are always fast and friendly. They understand that time is money and try to expedite the process.Thank you Amigo Power Equipment for all you do to make our day go smoother.

Excited to purchase a new Kubota tractor since all I’ve heard is good things. The sales representative for the Kubota great attitude in the beginning. He knew the equipment and made good suggestions. Thru the walk around he made some comments and kind of jokes. When finishing the process with a quote he ask for the phone number. I thinking it’s my turn to make a joke I told him no because then the sales guys never stop calling he got all offended. I still offer to give my number and replies rudely saying I don’t need it no more and ignored me. All I have to say dealing with people with attitude like that are not good for business.

Took my garage kept L-series tractor for its first basic service. Clean, garage kept. Was told 7-10 days before they would get to it...took 3 weeks and 3 days before I finally could pick it up. First time I drove out there, was told was ready but when I arrived, technician hadnt signed off (had just gone to lunch) and I didnt have time time to return later that day. Second time I planned to pick it up, I arrived at the office and the guy said did someone call you it was ready?...as he looked in 3-4 different spots for my paperwork. I took a deep breath and said I had called, was told it would be ready after a certain time and so I came after that time. Shouldnt there be 1 spot where all pending pick ups are located? One box or drawer or stack? Once paperwork was found, was told to pay for the bill before they would bring out my tractor. Seemed reasonable at the time but shouldnt I have been able to inspect my tractor before payment, you know, to make sure things billed were actually done? My tractor was very clean on drop off, but at pick up, was all dusty and dirty looking, it even had a medium sized bird poop dropping between the hood and the instrument cluster (you know, that little space between the two sections). When I asked if they could wash it (they do pressure washing), was told yeah, sure, bring it by sometime and well wash it ...but they couldnt do it before I went for pickup? You know, to show they value customers? I asked if it could be washed right there and then and the guy said, no. Thats what happens when you pay for services rendered before inspecting your equipment. No one ever asked is there anything else we could do for you? or is there anything else we could do to put us above our competitors? No follow up call to make sure all was good? That wouldve been nice I think. I could go on about a couple other things but you get the idea. From the delays to the unsightliness to the disregard for common customer service......I have decided to NEVER take my Kubota there again. Id rather take it to the next closest Kubota authorized service center, even if it means taking it to Corpus Christi. Highly disappointed with how myself and my tractor were treated! Amigo Power Equipment has lost all my future business. Enter at your own risk at Amigo.

I live in the Corpus area. I travel 2 hours to Amigo to service my Ranger. The service and RELIABILITY of work is 1000 times better then any service station I have used. I wish they worked on my Kawasaki Mule too that way I dont have to deal with the ding bats in my area.Hats off to Sam and Sergio for making my expirence great.

Excellent customer service, nice, friendly, and very helpful. I had my ATV in the service department and my hat is off to Mr. Sam Trevino and the staff in the service shop. Mr. Trevino explained to me what was done to my ATV, and asked if I had any questions, he even helped me to load my ATV onto my vehicle.

Took my generator in after 3 days they tell me they cant fix charged me for diagnostics and when I get home i notice they broke the fuel rails, went back and told me there was no way they could remove without braking. They did not fix them or replace nor give me refund for diagnostics. Literally paid $130 for them just to brake the rails

Horrible experience on trying to buy a tractor/backhoe with money down, salesman and finance manager were very prejudiced, went to another dealer to buy different brand of tractor where i met another farmer that felt the same way I felt while shopping at Amigo, I will never recomend Amigo to anyone!
