Laser hair removal service. The great part is that the process has been close to painless. However, six sessions doesn’t seem to be enough for completion. My main issue was that my appointment was cancelled 10 minutes before the scheduled time. This was during a week of bad weather so I understand that many were experiencing difficulties. However, I tried to reschedule this appointment a couples beforehand because I did not to be driving in bad weather but decided to keep it since there wouldn’t be availability until next month according to the front office. Then on the day of the appointment, I call 30 minutes before my appointment just to confirm that they had light and were operating. They confirmed so I go and then receive the cancellation when I am already down the street from the spa 20 minutes later. It is irritating because there would be a $50 charge if I cancelled the day of but am expected to be okay with a cancellation 10 minutes before. They rescheduled me for an appointment a few days later but I did not receive the technician I requested...There were also other poor customer service issues such as being told in a matter of fact manner that I indeed did received an appointment confirmation text message after I called to confirm the appointment since I did not get a text message.

Best service by far! Loved my radio frequency results..have gone in for a total of 3 treatments and have had 2 estheticians.. Giselle and Jeanette..bothladies were great at making me feel super comfortable and gave great skin care tips as they were doing the radiofrequency..this is definitely going to be a staple skin care treatment for me.

I was very happy with the service provided by my skin specialist, Jeanet Rivera. Before the procedure she did a thorough cleaning and sanitation of the room. She was very nice and informative throughout the microneedling process, and gave me product recommendations that i’ve purchased and loved. My skin has been feeling and looking great. I will definitely be returning with her.

The reason I’m rating a 2 is because although I had a bad experience on my 3rd session, my first two sessions were fine. I had the pleasure of meeting a great staff member who was friendly, helpful and offered recommendations on other services that I looked forward to trying. Unfortunately, on Saturday when I had an appointment for my 3rd session my encounter with the receptionist Irma, wasn’t as pleasant. I showed up at 9am because on my calendar I had it written at that time. I was on the phone trying to settle a situation when she asked me what time I had my appointment and I responded. I didn’t get a greeting and it already seemed I wasn’t welcome. Besides the point, plenty of people don’t greet so it’s fine I blow it off. Then she tells me my appointment was at 8:30 am and the person who would be doing my laser had already left. I told her I checked 2 platforms to confirm their opening time and one place says not open and another says opens at 9 so I thought i was good. She then says that I got a call to confirm, which I didn’t. I told her I didn’t get a call and she says “oh no, the calls are just complimentary.” By now, I’m angry because that phrase makes it seem like as a customer for some reason I’m not able to receive this complimentary call. Then she tells me it is my responsibility to write my appointment on a paper or calendar, which I had. At this point, I’m ready to leave angry because it seemed there would be no solution to this situation. I walk out and realize I should try to reschedule so I go back inside to ask if that’s possible but she’s on the phone with what seemed to be the 9:45 appointment Calling to reschedule. She rescheduled her and still I would not be able to get an appointment for weeks. I ask her if I would be able to get this complimentary call and she says the system does it automatically so again, i don’t know where I get excluded on this service. I ask her how I can just go about getting my money back and she tells me the manager will call me Monday. I’m still waiting for the call and it’s Thursday. I get it, it’s a Saturday, maybe most people don’t want to work but there was no attempt to even solve this problem. All I left with was anger and frustration. I’m sure I can speak for many when I say most time people seeking these services work full time, have other things going on and see these services as self care. I know the last two times they were kinda like an escape from reality even if just for 30-60 minutes and I had been so excited to see results on the hair growth on my legs. Now I have to find another place to pay again, start over and it may take a few weeks so I don’t know what effect this will have on the treatment. I contemplated writing this review because I hoped to settle this with the manager but I would either have to call and risk this service again or just lose out on the money and time. I originally chose this place because I saw positive reviews and I’m sure the other staff members are great and helpful but unfortunately I had a unpleasant encounter and still no solution.

I love everything about this place. I have been getting facials with Rebecca, and I always walk out extremely satisfied. My skin has been getting so much better. She is very professional, friendly, and great at explaining everything she is about to do. Highly recommend!

Chemical peel was more of a weak facial. Felt like she smeared aloe vera gel on me. It was not advertised as a weak peel. It was clearly false advertising. My face did not even get pink! It was supposed to remove 4 layers of skin according to the paperwork I filled out.

Dermatique Med Spa is EXCELLENT; a lost hideaway. Love having facials by Irma and Karina. Staff is always friendly. Definitely a returning customer. Should consider becoming a full spa and add more services (massages). It would be nice to hqve one service immediately after next.The ambience is serene, manager takes to suggestion very well. This place was so unprofessional. I had an appointment for a consultation, shouldn’t have gone. What a waste of gas. The consultant didn’t let me speak at all and when she did, she told me “Let me speak first” what kind of hospitality is that?I’m the client, I have questions and problems. They should hear you out first. Btw, it didn’t seem like a consultation for me at all because she just informed me about the procedure. They could have done that over the phone. I thought they were going to take me to their office, observe my skin and give me advice on what I should do. But no, It was totally the opposite of that. Worse experience ever.

On the laser hair removal, I would have give them 5 stars but after 10 sessions my hair growth is back 50%, I feel that I should get 50% off all my future sessions, I already paid for 10. :-(

Ive never been to a place that does an awesome job on facials, microdermabrasion, and microneedling. Ive gotten micros at other places and they never done the next area. They do here which is important part as well. The prices are great and the staff is friendly.

Not worth it, bad serviceGot the $300 for 6 sessions Brazilian package from groupon as a christmas gift, went in for 4 sessions.I had a different lady every time, and they had me in and out of there in under 30 minutes including prep time. If youre someone who has gotten laser before, you know it does not take under 30 minutes to do a large area, specially in the first sessions.Despite them saying I had the optimal starting point and that i would only need 6 to 8 sessions (very dark hair/very light skin, as all my other technicians have told me before) I was having barely any results after sessions and whatever hair I lost completely grew back by the time I had my next session. I mentioned this at my next appointment to my technician (and showed her pictures of my chronological hair loss time line) and asked to talk to a manager but they werent there so the lady offered to comp that one session and then went on to say that really I would need up to 12 sessions and that it was normal for the hair to come back??? (I have had laser in several parts of my body at a different clinics, this is a lie. Hair should not be growing back immediately. )The next appointment I went into I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment (as is required) and then was left waiting for a half hour. I had to make them to reschedule me so I could make it to work.Today I called to see if I could finally talk to a manager and explained to them the subpar service I had been receiving as well as making them aware I know how laser hair removal works and what results I should be expecting and have not been getting, they offered me a $60 refund for the 3 sessions I had left ($150 value) because it was through a groupon.

Birthday coming up, had an MRI done here a couple days prior to the big bday. Decided to get a $10 dollar copy of my MRI, they let me have it as an early present. Super funny since the present is an image of an issue in my spine thatll cost me a ton of cash to fix... BUT pretty cool that I didnt have to pay the $10 in addition to the soon to be 1million or so in medical bills haha!

I am doing now laser for my arms and legs, almost done, love the work with them, nice and clean clinic. The lady whos doing the laser has good experience.

I have been a customer for over a year for multiple services. I have zero complaints. Friendly staff and wonderful results.

I went to get a Laser hair removal yesterday and the lady (korina) was recommending that I took care of my skin first and just making it seem as if I didnt do anything for my skin when I have for more than four years. The lady who did my consultation didnt recommend me anything for skin care and said Id be fine just doing the laser surgery. (That day I wore make up bc I had an event to go to) Anyways back on track so then I said okay fine Id just do the facial instead and then she said she didnt have time for a facial but only for a mini facial. Like why are you going to recommend something you cant right at that moment? Id rather wait on someone who isnt in a rush to give me a facial cause after all it is MY SKIN. Also its just very unprofessional. She had the audacity to tell me that people with acne are very skeptical to the subject LIKE UM OBVIOUSLY PEOPLE WITH ACNE DONT LIKE TALKING ABOUT IT CAUSE THEY ALREADY KNOW. Its extremely annoying and rude for people to just assume that you dont do anything for your face when you do. Ive tried many medications and treatments to help my face and nothings worked. At point I was already kind of bothered. I didnt know I had to shave before my appointment so I had to shave on the spot. Then she told me she wasnt going to do the treatment on my side burns because I didnt shave it like did it not occur to her to tell me? I was talking to my friend and she had told me that I was supposed to shave a day before bc it would hurt less. No one bothered to let me or my mom know that. Anyways my mom paid for the sessions in advanced and I told myself I wasnt going to get mad. I just felt so embarrassed and I understand that she was just trying to help but the way she said things just made the whole thing very uncomfortable for me. I just want to have the other lady do my treatment next time and a facial if I do decide to get one from there.
