From out of town and dropped in for 2 classes and had a great time. Very friendly coaches and provided a great experience for me even though I was not a regular member. Will definitely come back next time Im in the area.. Great Job CFX crew!!!

Just be Wary of the Automatic Draft for 85$ they dont inform you about the 30 day in advance notification you have to give. As far as the conditioning staff, be careful if they try to push you especially if you are a beginner. I feel that they forget they sometimes were beginners and cause an injury to you.I enjoyed the MMA class that was taught by Gabriel, and its a great place to sweat it out.
