Norma Cavazos does a great job managing this facility. On our move out date she went out to the unit and kept me company as the movers loaded our belongings. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you, Norma!

I used Access Mini Storage to store my boat in a secure, lighted, access restricted location. The facilities are always clean and well maintained, and Ms. Cavazos is awesome to work with. She made the process easy and willing worked with me when issues arose. Great service, good people, excellent service!

Staff is very friendly and polite- controlled temperature units are kept clean and security cameras are visible inside / outside. I definitely recommend this storage unit.

The thought of moving from one place to another is over whelming but i was so thankful i called Access Storage. Norma gave me such customer service, that she gave me a peace of mind when we spoke that she assured me everything would be fine. She went above and beyond to give her service. Its been almost two months since i emptied the two storages and i was compelled to write this review of how clean the facility is, the customer service, and reasonably priced Access Storage is. I highly recommend this business to anyone.

Norma is definitely a great manager and excellent with knowing her customers and ensuring customer satisfaction!! She remembered my first and last name almost 2 years later from the time I had stopped renting a unit. I knew right then and there I was back at the right place to do my business!

I have used this company since 2009. Ms Norma Cavazos is a courteous, knowledgeable, helpful manager. Ive also dealt with the owner and she too is friendly and helpful. Wha a nice group of people! As a long term customer (5 years) I have nothing but good things to mention; always friendly, personal service with a smile, and willing to work with an accomodate reasonable requests. The facility itself is well lighted and secured with an extensive system of video survelliance equipement, as well as litter and clutter free grounds. The location is convinient and is easily accessible/navigated for larger moving trucks, vans, and tow-trailers thus getting in and out is easy even for folks unfamiliar with driving large rented vehicles.
