Great service, really nice people, reasonable pricing.

Took my truck that would not start in with very little notice. This was a Thursday, and I had to drive back to San Antonio the next day. They got my truck back the same day despite being extremely busy, and even did some extra work we had discussed. The price was extremely reasonable and the customer service was excellent.

This is my first review and hopefully my last because Im PTFO. I would leave the rating in the negatives if I could because their service and wait time SUCKS. I went in to get my vehicle inspected but I left to wash up then I came back knowing I was last in line, I was waiting for a while (Im guessing 20 minutes at least because Ive listened to multiple songs at this point) and I noticed someone else came in, it was my turn at this point but the mechanic let the newcomer bring their car in ahead of me and I questioned the mechanic about it and he said I left which I did but I came back way before the other customer had arrived, then the dude contradicted himself by saying he doesnt make appointments. So then why did the person who came after me get to go ahead? He wouldnt listen to reason and just kept saying but you left, but you left! even though he saw me sitting there way before this. After this crap treatment I decided not to give them my money and went somewhere far better.I recommended Premium Automotive Services at this address.
