I hired Mr. Pena for an uncontested divorce. I went in blindly and didnt understand what I needed to do. Mr. Pena explained everything step by step and after 2 weeks i was completely divorced. He made the process easy, fast, and at a reasonable price. Id definately recommend him as a divorce attorney.

Mr. Pena was my divorce lawyer. I recommend his services as he is a good lawyer who is upfront and explains all of your options. I am giving his business 3 stars because I think the customer service could use improvement. Phone calls do not get returned and I had to be the one following up and checking on status. I am now using a different attorney for a separate matter. In that office even if the attorney cannot return my call personally, the secretary relays the message and she calls me back with an update. Other than that everything was good. He filed my divorce in March and it was finalized in July. Pretty quick and I was happy about that!

The worse, i paid for my divorce on 2010 over $1,300.00 since he told me they needed to find him, and pay for announcement, mail, and sheriff to go look for him in Arizona. Im the one who end up finding him, hv him sign the divorce papers for mr penia not doing his job. Im just found out that im still married 2014!!! Went to ask what happened and they wanted charge again!!! Claming he had so many personal and financial problems cz his wife wasnt working and that so sorry but the Secretary at the time didnt do her job. Now il hv to pay someone else again. Had to giv one star in order to be able to comment. But he deserves not one. And FYI if can do ur job change profession
