Cytech handles all our AC systems, from purchase decisions, to installation & maintenance. We have purchased two new Lennox air conditioning systems from Cytech. Cytech has a kiosk in the customer service area of the Costco here in Pharr, TX and often has special offers that feature significant savings, rebates gift cards...and most important: excellent, excellent service. Three years ago I arranged with Cytech & Costco to purchase a system to replace the aging system that cools our downstairs. That is a great upgrade & went smoothly. We are enjoying more comfort & lower electric bills. So when the time came, we asked Cytech back to replace the other system that cools our upstairs. Hard to believe but the process went even better. Apologies for the slow response. Over the last 15 years we have had Cytech come out and perform preventive maintenance and resolve issues along the way with the idea of replacing the entire HVAC system when due. With Kyle leading the way, different proposals were presented which include types of units and different payment options that best meet our needs. Kyle’s approach was very detailed without overselling. Also, his response when we had questions was very timely. Beware when you call this company for an estimate. I requested Cytech to evaluate my office AC system, tech came to the office and took a quick look, left without talking to me or provided a reasonable solution or an estimate. Of course I received a bill 2 weeks later, supposedly the tech was inspecting my small office for 2 hrs.

I meant to write this earlier- but never got around to it. Cytech is awesome. Yall came out and solved an A/C problem we had last year and the owners son, Kyle showed up as well to help solve our a/c issues. Everyone who came out to help were outstanding. Tonight we came home to the other a/c unit not working. I was tempted not to call after hours and just wait till the morning- convinced that the unit died. I believe the mans name is Lee who drove over to the house to bail us out. He was wonderful and found the problem within minutes- had the part on his truck and even put up with me holding the flashlight for him- j/k. He was very helpful, polite, joked and got the job done in under an hour. My wife and I could not be happier. We know we will have to replace the unit in the next couple of years and are just riding it out till she dies- but when we need the replacement we are calling Cytech. Thank you- Larry and Melanie.

Techs and ladies in customer service are super friendly and professional.

I have been dealing with Cytech for more than 20 years and have never been disappointed with their equipment, their courteous and prompt service and their work quality. They have always come through in emergency AC situations over the years. The bi-annual service inspection has been one of the best things I’ve done for my AC over the years. I always recommend these guys to all my friends and people needing AC service.

Great service. The technician was on time, knowledgeable and professional. He informed me about the details of the yearly service visit and the time he would take doing it. Everything was completed as described and my AC units from Cytech continue to work flawlessly. Call them, you won’t be dissapointed.

This company is just not very customer friendly or helpful. I had them installed a new unit at my home about a 1yr 6mnths . The unit now has problems and they want to charge me an Arm and a leg to fix it. I spend over $4,000.00 a 1yr ago then they want to come fix it for another $800 more today. Even though they will warranty the part they want to charge $800. An am a returning customer,they didn’t care, they told me pay or go with another company Wow lack of customer service. So be very careful when you call them, they will sell you over price unit and overpriced labor .

Excellent customer service and the technicians (Miguel and Jose) are friendly and knowledgeable. My air conditioner went out during the hottest time of year and they were able to get it running.

The best. Like a good, honest Mechanic. Its a needle in a haystack. These guys were the only ones who were able to diagnose why my indoor fan kept going out. They honor their guarantee and were the only ones who didnt walk away and say you need a new system. Dont short-change yourself, AC is a necessity. These guys showed up at 3AM Christmas eve, honoring their warranty, no charge.

Had a regular service done, receipt says $76 dollars regular price but technitions totalled to $120, I had been told several months ago it would total around $85 or $88 my wife wrote yall a check// hope yall can resolve it to keep me on your regular 6 month service checkups.-Brad & JudyThanks for the clarification and working to improve your technitions communication.

We chose Cytech to remove our old A/C system and install a new Air Conditioning system in our home. When the Cytech crew arrived they were polite, courteous and professional. Before beginning the work they explained what they were going to do and how long it was going to take.Once finished, they cleaned up any mess that was made and explained the operation of the system to us. Everything ran great and there were no problems.We also used Cytech for our yearly service inspection and the service was just as it was the first time, very professional. I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years and I would highly recommend Cytech for any HVAC or Air Conditioning problems or new systems you may be considering.

I absolutely LOVE Cytech! Tremendous information given to me. Punctual on estimate and fair and reasonable price. RJ, Zack, Carlos and Bacilio were extremely friendly and courteous. Called at midnight on the weekend! Technician Lee was at the house within the hour and had our AC working again. Very pleased with the service. We were recommended by a friend and we will definately recommend them to others!And on a side note, I was curious about Javier Sloss being a competitor and making a 1 star story up. Sure enough his facebook says he works for Air Control AC and Heat. Pretty crappy move for a veteran to pull as I am one. Either way great service Cytech!!!
