This is the second year we have worked with Anne Darnay and would like to continue that relationship. She does our taxes well and is wonderful to work with.

You did our taxes quickly with few questions. You spelled my daughters name wrong.

Dont waste your money. Rude people. As a bonus, they will sell your information. No opt out options. No oversight. Oh, and then there are the relentless telemarketing calls.

Let me share. A little bit of a story with you I had a family member that used to do my taxes for me. He used to work for the IRS. After he passed away in 2011. I found Vicki at your office. She gave me the same advice as my family member. I felt just as comfortable with her. As I did with my own family member. One Year Vicki was not available. So I had Anne do my taxes. And she was consistent. She gave the same advice as Vicky. So Ann & Vicky. Havent treated me like family

Im not sure if the terrible service that my boyfriend and I received from this place is due to COVID-19 or what because the reviews I see here are relatively positive. But I definitely did not experience any good service that everyone claims of this place and I will never come back to this place for my taxes ever again.My boy friend and I have been trying to get our taxes done here since early March. This was our first time setting up an appointment at this location because its close to our house in which we just moved into a little over a year ago. We were able to successfully schedule appointments for the both of us to meet with Vicki in early to mid March. A week later, we received a call saying that were going to have to reschedule our appointment because the times we chose were not going to work. We obliged and rescheduled for a week later. Again, the following week, we got another call saying that those days were not going to work either. Our appointments were pushed all the way to the middle of April. The person on the phone also stated that a week before our appointment, we will receive a phone call on what documents to bring. We never received that call.A few days before the appointment, I finally called and asked what were all the documents we needed to bring. Once they explained the documents, they told us that we can simply drop off the documents and Vicki would contact us the day of our appointment to go over the details. A day or two later, we dropped off the documents and waited for the call from Vicki.The day of the appointments arrived and we heard absolutely nothing. A couple days later, Vicki leaves me a voice message saying that she still needs some documents from me that were never mentioned when I first called the place. I called her the following day and Vicki tells me that I can text the documents to her so I did. I never heard from her again.Its the beginning of May at this point. I call the office and ask to speak with Vicki. The lady on the phone gives me Vickis email so I email her asking what the status of my tax return is. She responds back saying that she still needs that very document that I had texted to her nearly a month ago. I told her I texted it to her immediately after we had gotten off the phone. She just told me I can email it to her instead. No apology for making me wait weeks for something that I actually did what she told me to do, but she failed on her end. Why did she never follow up with me? Why did I have to go out of my way multiple times just to communicate with this person? How was it my responsibility to follow up with this terrible tax preparer when her texting service was what failed her? She left my boyfriend and I hanging for weeks with absolutely no communication whatsoever until I had to reach out to her.She finally finishes our returns and says that we can bring our bank information so she can direct deposit the returns for us. When we finally go to pick up our documents, I tell the lady up front that we have our bank information and we would like our returns direct deposited. She simply slouches over in her chair, looking completely defeated and remained silent for nearly a minute before turning back to me and says in the most annoyed tone I already submitted yours. What the hell was that about? As if its unusual for people to want their returns to be direct deposited.On another note, it turns out this service was $150 for each of us. I have never in my life had to pay that much to get my taxes done. Not even half of that amount. And even if thats the normal rate for this god forsaken place, the service and experience that we had to deal with sure as hell was not worth $300 total for the both of us.So never again will we return to this terrible place. Dont expect to EVER hear from anyone here regarding your taxes. They will never communicate with you. The lack of professionalism was absolutely atrocious. Save your money and go elsewhere. This place has the absolute worst service and needs to go out of business.

I like knowing my taxes where done right. But the cost is high. To high, the cost was about a 1/3 of my return. So I need to find a way to keep my money. Maybe do it myself.
