We have had the Hagens snow removal service since the year they began. They are absolutely reliable. We have a large, difficult driveway to plow and they are there in the middle of the night to clear a path and then again the next day when the snow stops to finish the job. In addition, they do not tie your contract to a date because, as we know, the last snow in Minnesota is unpredictable. When the blizzard came in the middle of April, they were there as always, no questions asked. And if you have a concern or a question, Mike Hagen always answers his phone - you will never get a recording. I cant recommend them enough.

I had hoped when I hired them to plow my driveway that they would do it before I needed to go to work. At 8:45 this morning I called them because my driveway was not plowed. They said they started at 6am. At 11:30 this morning my driveway was not plowed. I will call them again. Maybe it will be plowed by the time I come home from work.

You would be better off buying a snowblower, since you will be doing your driveway and walks yourself when you hire these clowns. They NEVER. Plow within the contracted time and needed a complaint call after every snow storm to do the job we paid in advance for. Just not worth the trouble. Sloppy, slow, and untrustworthy. Skip the low price enticement. Hire professionals instead.
