I called this company, because I needed a service that did packing and moving. Instead of them providing me with their rates(like every other company that Ive used has), the guy came out to take a look around so he could give me a quote. He said that he would text me with that quote, but he never did.Im scheduling a moving company for the 2nd week of May. Most of my stuff will be packed by then! I live in 600SQ. How hard could it be? Im moving less than 2 miles away.This company was not professional!The thing is... I budgeted $1,000 for this. Their loss.

These are the most efficient group of guys for any and all moving jobs! the come in get it done diligently and delicately, and like that theyre out. good honest company to work with! I recommend them to anyone whos looking!

Jordan, Ade and Mark were OUTSTANDING. First of all, they were super careful with our belongings, including antiques. Secondly, they worked diligently and efficiently while moving our house. We were so impressed, we hired them again 2 weeks later to move an item we bought on Craigslist. Cannot say enough about this particular crew!

My experience with Help U Pack N Move was perfect from start to finish. I scheduled them to unpack a POD for us. Unfortunately, the POD was not delivered as promised and I called to cancel the move (and was very stressed out and trying to figure out how to get access to my belongings). Help U Pack N Move offered the option to have their movers meet me at the PODS facility, unload my belongings onto their truck and drive it to my home. They were transparent with the $85 truck fee and estimated it would only take about an hour to unload the POD. I agreed and it went smoothly and only added about $250 to the overall cost (WELL worth it as I was otherwise left with an empty house). The movers were on time, efficient, careful, communicative and skilled. They completed the entire move (with lots of belongings and LOTS of stairs) in 4 hours including: unloading the POD contents onto a truck, driving to my home, unloading all belongings into the appropriate rooms. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

Highly recommended! A terrific job! Charles and Jamal showed up early and ready to work! My U-Pack load was very precious to me as it was some of my moms things who recently passed away. Both of these young men were very careful, patient and efficient. They moved other furniture in my home, as well, to create room for my new things and did the prep work for others that are being donated. All in all, a very productive day! I have used Help-U-Pack-N-Move twice in the past couple years. I collect antiques, and the movers adequately wrapped all of my belongings so that nothing was damaged. I have two small children who wanted to help with the entire process, and the movers were so kind to them. I could tell they were genuinely NOT annoyed with my kids getting in their way. Im a single mother, and Im not very handy. So I requested that the company take all the furniture apart for me and put it back together. They did it so much faster and better than I ever could have. They were very organized (keeping all the little bolts and stuff together without losing them). When we arrived at my new place, they put all the boxes (and furniture) in the right rooms for me so that I didnt have to do it myself. I definitely plan to use this company for my future moves.

We were very fortunate to have found Help U Pack N Move in the final hour before recently moving. In a sea of mediocre moving companies, Help U Pack N Move is an absolute standout. The owner is extremely sharp and kind, and has hired one heck of a moving crew who are not subs. His crews worked extraordinarily hard, and were pleasant, polite, and professional. The owner spent a ton of time with us walking through service options, and their estimate was very competitive. Most importantly to us, this was the only moving company out of many we spoke with that would agree to move us into our new home on a Friday late evening. It’s not often you run into such a well-run home services company - this is one of them. You’d probably be making a mistake not hiring Help You Pack N Move.

The Best Crew I could Imagine!We were fortunate to have Ruben, Jason, Gilbert, and Michael help us move one week ago. These guys were prompt, obviously knew what they were doing, and they worked SO hard. They were coming off a fourteen hour day from the day before, and although the estimator for our move had thought it would take about four hours, it ended up being a nine hour work day and there was never a moment of complaint or irritation from this crew.They absolutely went above and beyond to ensure an expedient, safe move. I have quite a lot of art, and some very valuable (if only sentimentally so) antique furniture and they treated all our belongings with the greatest of care.Not only did they show consideration to me and my family, it was clear that they looked out for each other too. Its a good sign when there is clear camaraderie between workers.Moving can be extremely stressful and exhausting, but Ruben, Jason, Gilbert, and Michael took so much weight (literally and metaphorically) off our shoulders and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone. Thanks again guys!

Movers showed up two hours late and one was drunk. Owner has a bad attitude and extremely disrespectful. This company overcharges and under-delivers. Find anyone else to move your stuff.

Really impressed! Had a crew of 3 (Craig M, Dave & Ty) come out to help pack a POD and empty out my basement. They arrived early so they could look everything over & come up with a game-plan before starting. They crew gave an excellent level of effort & were very efficient. I am amazed at how much they were able to fit into the POD as they fit the pieces together like a puzzle. Exceeded my expectations!

Alonzo, Jeff, and Chris did not mess around. These guys were extremely efficient as well as professional. They kept up a great pace and productivity and the quality of their work was phenomenal. Totally worth every single cent!

What a great experience! Maurice and Laurice arrived ahead of time by 10 minutes. They put moving blankets across the entire floor before proceeding to move my furniture. They took great care to wrap each piece of furniture and showed the upmost respect to me as the homeowner. They moved the five items that I needed in less than 1 hour. It is without hesitation that I would recommend this company and their employees. Great price for quality work performed!

These guys are awesome. Very friendly. Extremely helpful. They took apart our treadmill, brought it down the stairs, and re-put it back together for us. They also assembled our daughters bunk bed for us. They go above and beyond.

Worst idea I had. I have myself to blame to want to save a little money. They showed way earlier then agreed. The main driver had a bad attitude. Their job was simple to move bulk furniture. They wrapped things that didn’t need to be wrapped! They took 5 smoke breaks I don’t care that I paid for four hours.thats fine charge me for the full but if you could’ve been done in two why not?! Plus they damaged multiple pieces of my furniture. My advice to anyone looking to save a little cash. ITS JUST NOT WORTH IT!! Two men and a truck it is next time around.

I worked here and was injured in the job. I received no workers comp or payed time off. Marty (owner) shorts his employees checks and is extremely self centered. Not to mention they all do a lot of drugs... peer pressure was ubiquitous whereas my money and time were not.

The movers were extremely lethargic and moody. The owner (Marty) was a jerk on the phone and didnt seem to care about his workers or his customer. Wont ever use this company again. EVER.
