Terrible service. My doctor made an appointment for me at this facility. I was in the lobby, checked in and waiting when they decided to leave me a voicemail to tell me that they do not take my insurance. Extremely inconvenient and tells me a lot about their attention to detail and lack of procedure. I asked one of the ladies at the desk to pass along a message to someone who had been helping me and she laughed at me twice while I was in a lot of pain and could only open one eye. The cherry on top of an already inconvenient experience.

I called to let them know that I was running 20 min late for my appointment.No one answered the phone so I left a message with my phone number. No one called me back so I drove from St. Paul to get to the appointment. When I arrived, they said I couldnt be seen but if I wait another 1hr30min.they would work me in....really?? Arent they just filled with customer service after ignoring my phone call attempt AND not returning my call and letting me drive all the way there!!! Shame on you

Well, I am giving them one star. Because they told me my insurance is good. And after 2 months I received a bill of $250 for my simple one-visit simple eye exam. My insurance was not covering it. Please be careful with them.

Appointment with Dr. Gross. Simply a wonderful, down to earth person. Always impressed how a doctor can explain complex issues in simple, understandable words. Also, hats off to The Clinic for running an efficient operation. I was in and out of The Clinic in 30 minutes. Finally, thanks for observing that I completed a rather elaborate on line medical history and wasnt forced to do it in the office. Note to future patients... read The Clinics email communication.

Edina clinic is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend the optometrist Dr. Meiusi.

Ive been impressed with Dr. Gross since I first saw him years ago. He performed cataract surgery on both eyes, taking the time to explain everything and alleviating all my fears. Very impressive. I now have 20/15 vision.

I have been a client for almost a decade. Thay take great care of me and my eyes. Defanetly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the how the eye exam was done with Dr. Ristad performing the entire eye exam without the usual assistance of a tech. He was not rushed as Ive encountered elsewhere and did a great job of explaining the results as the exam progressed. This was my first visit to his office and I will share my positive experience with family and friends.

The clearest prescription Ive had in years.Dr. Gross was thorough and right on the money finding the correction I needed. Great staff when making the appointment, no waiting when I arrived, and a thorough, informative exam. Love this place.

Dr. Gross performed cataract surgery on both eyes. I am most satisfied with the result as well as with his friendly, attentive care before and after the surgery. My annual visits are always fun and satisfying, and I very much appreciate knowing him.

Came here recently and Dr. Sondreal was extremely cocky and rude to both my and my mother. When she asked a clarification question about something he simply responded with I know more about this because Ive been practicing for 40 years. He had absolutely no empathy or communication skills. Dr Ristad is an outstanding physician. He is very patient, kind, & gentle. As a patient who is very apprehensive about going to the eye doctor these are traits that are very important to me. I am very pleased with the care I receive here & definitely recommend this practice & my doctor.

It started out with just me and my daughter going to Dr. Gross! My mother was looking for another dr., and I immediately told her about Dr. Gross. She made mention that Dr. stated that there is 3 generations here :) He is truly patient and kind!

I had a trauma to my eye last year from a soccer ball. Dr. Gross was able to see my immediately and get the pressure and trauma under control. The practice is always very prompt and efficient. Very informative - all staff members - and short wait times for appointments.

Dr. Ristad went above and BEYOND to help me with an urgent eye exam when I was brand new to the Minneapolis area. He quickly identified and resolved my issue (during a holiday weekend, no less) and I could not be more thankful for his timely and conscientious treatment. I spent over 90 minutes in the office, of that only maybe 10-15 was with the doctor. I explained I was coming in 6 months early as my current prescription was off, and I was having trouble seeing. She tried two adjustments, then came back with a contact lense and told me to put it in.I tried it on, and said I still couldnt see as well as I feel I should be able to. She said it just needs to settle in for a few days. I asked what if it doesnt, again explaining the whole purpose of the visit is because I cant see properly with my current script. She said if this one doesnt work, we can always go back to the previous script. I repeated myself, and also asked how does she know my left eye is good (she only gave me a right lense)? She just said it is...Throughout the process, she asked multiple times if I would like to buy lenses today? I said no. A few minutes later, she told me the pricing out of the blue (I did not ask or express interest in buying in the slightest)Contact lenses have settled in. My new lense is worse than the old ones. Waste of time and money. Worst healthcare experience Ive ever had.

Have been a patient of Dr Ristad for many years. I trust him completely with all of my eye issues. Will go to no other eye doctor. I always recommend Dr Ristad to anyone needing eye care.Staff has always been prompt in responding to my needs.Thanks to all for very good care.

Went into exam room 8 min early. What a well run practice.

Eye Doc called in sick and front desk did not call patients of the event. (Last front desk staff) I took off work to come in for an appt at 1400 which I waited 2 weeks for and staff were extremely rude and did not offer a suggestion or attempt to fit me in. Unprofessional and I will be sure to let my co workers at Fairview know about this clinic.

Dr. Meiusi is one of the best M.D.s Ive ever met. Shes very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an Ophthalmologist.

I have been going there for 20 years, and I am still not blind!!! 5 stars.

I had to wait 45 minutes while several people went in an out. Worst costumer service I have ever received. I will never be coming back.
