By far the absolute worst business to business experience I have ever had (except maybe Westlaw).They cannot answer a simple question without inventing some weird lengthy explanation, installing some sort of FTP file on my desktop (that I never used) and charging $145 for it, when the answer was literally cut and paste which would have taken three seconds to answer.They bury their incredibly excessive bandwidth charges in the bowls of their contract, so when you get the bill, it is more than double what you expect, and this just from uploading your own software so you can use the cloud. I never even installed and ran it, just uploaded PCLaw.The size of their servers is so small, that their bottom level package is unusable, so even though they quote $100 a month, it is not long before you are at $125 or $150 just to make the service marginally usable.Their office person, Erin Pickar, is unwilling to deal with these issues. Then, they send the account to a collection agency knowing full well I was disputing the charges. When contacted they were rude and unwilling to negotiate.So, they will get their blood money, in all $200, but they have lost me as a customer forever and I will make it my business to tell everyone I know how incredibly bad this company is.DO NOT do business with them; their customer service and billing policies are terrible; the service is slow (horrible lag between the keyboard and the server) and there are a lot of hidden fees that will make the bill more than double every month if you even log into the service.If this is what cloud computing is, I mourn for the future. Keep your old desktop and use Dropbox to exchange files. Or, use the funds to pay somebody local to set-up and run a server for you. It may cost a few more bucks, but the fewer headaches you have will be worth it.For what it is worth, I know of a much larger firm who is also abandoning this joke of a company for the same reasons.Run from them. Period.
