The lady who came and pick me up was awesome loved her to death but after I dropped the vehicle back off at the body shop I had to call and wait on hold for almost an hour to let them know I dropped the car off and then the lady on the other hand was extremely rude and then she didnt like it that I got the exact same attitude back with her so I honestly not sure I would rent from them again because of that experience and it was my first time ever renting with them and it wasnt me who chose them it was my insurance company so the first lady made it very awesome and nice but the lady on the phone kind of killed it maybe better customer service on the phone

Wonderful experience! I have used this particular Hertz several times. Always fast, efficient and professional. Cindy has been promoted but her same standards were in evidence. I will definitely rent through this office again.

Jessica in the office was great to work with! Had a crummy scenario involving a deer hit and rental and she made the process easy. Very good experience!

Love this location, Ryan and Chelsea were amazing,. We had a few issues with the car, but they made it right ! Thats why I stay a Gold Member with Hertz. Because they do care.

Was never able to rent the vehicle. I felt singled out as a criminal or something. I had a horrible day cause of all the run around. I was on the phone for over two hours, went to there office twice. Annie Morolt (their branch manager at the Edina, MN location) was not friendly at all and not at all helpful. I then called Customer Service some Justin told me I was able to rent the vehicle and to go back. Annie refused. Not been a good week.

The vans that we rented for work were pristine and clean!!!! Love it!!

Booked a economy size at about 12:30pm for 2:30pm the same day. Got there and they did not have the economy size left and upgraded to a Mazda 3 in great condition (I think its a 2010). It even has a GPS mounted which I was not charged for due to not needing one, but I can still use the GPS free of cost if I wish.

The website says the type of car I rent (SUV - Nissan Pathfinder or similar) can hold 7 passengers and 4 suitcases. They gave me a 7-passenger Kia Sorento. There is no room in the back to hold any suitcases. There was no other similar car to switch.
