I have had the pleasure of working with both Matt and Heidi at Advanced Practice Management. Recently, Heidi has been working with our large group practice to help us get to the next level of excellent patient care. The first thing you notice about Heidi when you meet her is her magnetic smile. You instantly like her from the moment you meet her. Then, once you start working with her, you realize she has the power to change everything around her for the better. She took the time to get to know our staff and their duties, and then provided many suggestions on how to improve our practice. From business operations, to patient interactions, she is a wealth of knowledge. She doesn’t give cookie cutter advice, but rather tailors her advice to the needs of the practice. She jumps right in and leads by example to show us ways we can improve. She has helped us with collections, treatment plan presentations, patient financials, and so much more. Staff are very receptive to her recommendations because she is a great teacher. He comes periodically to review our numbers, see how things are going, and give suggestions as to where we can improve. He has a great way of getting us all pumped up and motivated to conquer the world. He is great at telling staff what they are excelling at, and then lets staff voice any concerns they have. He listens, and responds with suggestions that are effective and easy to implement. He is always able to give us information that helps us grow. He has helped us navigate through a rapidly growing practice, and always makes himself available for questions that arise.Our experience with Advanced Practice Management has been nothing but positive.
