Could not recommend Edina airport taxi enough. Lost my wallet in one of their vehicles after a 50 mile taxi ride and they were kind enough to Mail it to me (free of charge). A++++ customer service, honest and reliable taxi company... thank you so much

They never come and pick you up and they never answered there phone on July 2nd 2021

I made a reservation and they never showed up. Called three times and they never answered the phone. Left message and they never called back. Totally unreliable!

Never showed up leaving me with a huge parking fee at the airport!!! I called a couple days before to confirm the ride. Then the day of they never showed. Left multiple messages with the company and never heard anything back from them.

Top notch service.The Driver was waiting for us at MSP Airport. Very pleasant. The Driver taking us from our home in Bloomington Minnesota was just as good if not better .I will recommend this service and will use again without any second thought.

I would heartily recommend this service to anybody. The drivers arrived early for both pick-ups and were polite, friendly and professional. The cars were large and spotlessly clean. Our airport taxi service to and from Minneapolis were quick and easy and I will definitely be using this company again.

They showed up to pick us at the airport before the arranged time, they helped us carry our bags and were, overall, very helpful. The AC was turned on the whole trip. We arrived at our destination without any complications. Certainly, a nice transportation method for those who land at (msp) Minneapolis St Paul Airport . Two thumbs up, way up.

Excellent airport transport service great driver my sister was happy with this taxi service.

I used this service twice last month. Once from Edina into MSP Airport and then another trip from Eden Prairie,MN back to MSP Airport. Everything was great! The driver was a delight (had him both ways), car was nice, service was excellent. I will definitely use them again when I am back in Minnesota.

Got picked up by henry on time from my home in Edina excellent service I would recommend this edina airport taxi service to anyone.

The website promised a confirmation which never came. So I called twice in the afternoon and they hung up both times. I called later that night to find out why I didnt get a confirmation and they simply cancelled the reservation and said call someone else. I see from the reviews they did this to someone else as well and the response was please stop lying. They were so terribly bad - I felt compelled to write my first review ever. Can you give someone a negative rating vs a 1 star or zero stars. Dont book online, dont call them dont use them. Best case for Uber ever!!!!!!

I booked a cab 5 hours in advance with this company. They never showed. When I called to ask why they said that they never logged my request. Rather than offer to make a bad situation right, the operator suggested that I call another service in the future. I suggest anyone reading this review to do the same.
