Ive been trying to find a good dentist for a while and Im happy that I finally ended up here. The doctors and staff are all great. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They do great job in making sure you are comfortable and that you understand the procedure you are there for. They answer questions thoroughly and accurately. The quality of work is also noteworthy. I have seen several different dentists and hygienists in this office and have had outstanding experiences with all. Finally, the office is very clean and has a nice modern feel. Ive recommended this practice to friends and would extend the recommendation to anyone looking for a dentist in this area.

The whole family turns to doctors from Smiles on the Hudson! Last week my daughter had her baby tooth pulled out since she was in sever pain and we couldnt wait until it get out in a natural way. The doctor quickly gained the childs trust and did everything as painlessly as possible. My kid is happy and said that the doctor was very nice and kind to her! The best service in the area.

I love ice cream, and i noticed that my teeth became more sensitive, so i came here for a check up. This clinic recommended my friend. The consultation went great, i understood all my problems. The doctor recommended treatment according my situation. Also the price suited me. Everything went nicely. The staff was friendly and respectful, i really appreciate that. Worst dental visit ever . Had 2 appointments one is for cleaning and one for filling on same day . I did show up 15 mins late however only got 5-6 mins only if super lousy cleaning cause the tech spent most of the time trying to convince to take off my wisdom test that I had no problems also saying I need deep cleaning so she didn’t bother doing a good cleaning so they can charge more for the deep one with and of course charged my insurance for full cleaning . Also the doctor didn’t know am suppose to have filling done, made fun of my ethnicity and joked about it cause am middle eastern ( it’s first time me meeting him ), did the filling ran out when the filling wasn’t even and didn’t check had to call him back to fix it before he walks out of the room . Told me to prescribe myself the antibacterial mouth wash ( am medical provider but am not suppose to go see a doctor so I can prescribe medicine to myself ) would never go there again

Visited Smiles on the Hudson for the first time based off all the 5 star reviews, and im SO happy to have found this office. The Doctor was awesome, he took plenty of time to explain my x-rays and give me information about gum reshaping procedures I was curious about. The front desk and the dental tech were really friendly and efficient. This was also easily the best cleaning Ive ever gotten, my teeth were sparkling white after! Highly recommend!

I am SO happy I found this place. I usually hate going to the dentist but the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was a sweetheart and made sure to not cause any pain or discomfort. Dr. Roytberg was punctual, kind and very interested to find the best solution for my teeth. Also the office is spotless and they have mini TVs you can watch Netflix on during the cleaning. Happy that this is now my regular dentist. Top notch!

Smiles on the Hudson is great! I needed an emergency root canal and I was able to get an appointment right away..the endodontist, Dr. Yang, was wonderful. Amazing front desk staff, super friendly which is rare in a doctors office. Only received a cleaning which was good, the equipment is certainly high end, the view relaxing. So far so good but my husband and I both need some corrective work, so should that experience be less than ideal my review will be updated accordingly. We all know the actual work is the important part!

First of all, as soon as you come in the aesthetic is nice and the vibe is welcoming. I came in with my daughter and was able, with their help, get my teeth cleaned and examined. They are very, very technologically advanced. They have literally everything in one beautiful place. They are very detail oriented and actually work with each other by giving different POV for the best option for the patient.They are very kind and helpful. They provide promotions, and all kinds of options for payment. I do wish they took more insurances. Which is my only con With this office. Other than that I would’ve loved to make this place my permanent dentist and I would’ve changed my daughter,too.Wonderful place, definitely would recommend to friend/family.

I had a really good experience. When I wasnt sure where to turn off the road, they stayed on the line and guided me very exactly right into the parking garage and didnt hang up until I was absolutely positive of where I was. The office was clean, bright, and from the dental chair I had a beautiful view. They asked what kind of music I like, so I could be even more relaxed. I had a difficult, long procedure, and I wasnt uncomfortable for even a minute. They are very efficient with state of the art equipment. The best. The dentist was fabulous and so was her assistant. And they were very kind! Im a senior citizen and kindness means a lot to us.

Arrived for annual cleaning. Having been to many different dentists over the years, this place is one of the best and the wait time was short. Plenty of free parking too with its own parking lot.

Everyone in the office is great. From the people in the front office to the dentists and assistant. Im terrible at names so I cant name them all but they are all great. They are very attentive and caring. Every procedure I had to get done went very smooth with pretty much no pain whatsoever. Getting my wisdom teeth removed was real easy and pain free, with no side effect. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to any and everyone.

This place has been amazing and a life saver. During the height of COVID I started to have extreme pain in my gums and they saw me right away-virtually of course. The dentist was so professional and helpful and completely eased my worries. Once they were able to reopen, I managed to do a deep cleaning with Carolina who was a God sent. She was so patient and thorough and ensured to keep me comfortable and as pain free as much as possible. She was by far the best dental hygienist I have ever had. I went to Smiles on the Hudson to complete my root canal. The previous week the dentist had to cancel on me so yesterday on Oct 12 I went for my final procedure. Everything was fine until I saw the bill. They did a drainage for $800 on top of my root canal. There was no communication and I was told they might replace my crown on the next visit. My previous crown is still new but now needs replacement by next week. Being unemployed they drained my insurance coverage with additional fees which I wasn’t awared of till I question my bill. I’m not smiling now with this new dentist. I’m very cautious now and very annoyed. Ted

The practice has warm dentists and staff, state of the art equipment (in my unexpert opinion, but its more impressive stuff than anything Ive previously seen) and a beautiful location. To boot, the dentists take the time to thoroughly explain their thinking, giving enough information on the science behind it to make for an interesting visit.

Dr. Douglas was wonderful! She performed my root canal with ease and my pain is gone. She kept me informed throughout the procedure and was very gentle. Smiles on the Hudson was immaculate and relaxing and the views were spectacular of the Hudson River. My coupon was worth every penny as far as cleaning, xrays, & check up for $89. So after all was done I was told what needed to be done in my mouth, the only thing is I’m on a fixed income and the prices were a little too steep for me, but on the whole the cleaning was expertise!!!

The dental office was modern and beautiful, nice to be facing the water while getting your teeth cleaned. The location was hard to find at first as it is all the way to the back of city place but once you find it, it’s not bad. Everyone from the reception, hygienist, and dentist were all on point: friendly, detailed oriented and seemed like they actually cared about your teeth health so I really appreciated that. The visit overall was an excellent experience and short wait times. The only issue I had was the prices, more on the pricey side. But who knows, maybe the location, rent for the place? I’m sure its justified. For example, I got a deep cleaning in Astoria, Queens where I used to live and I was not charged for the service however here it would cost me $300 something. I did call my insurance to verify and they did say that it only covered 80%. I was also told that each time I cleaned my teeth it would cost $125. My insurance rep told me that I get two free cleanings a year. I only did 1 cleaning this time so I should have the next cleaning free.. So that was off. Why do I have to pay for a cleaning? It’s preventive routine care. And that’s why you have insurance. Anyway, that was the only issue, other than that. GREAT PLACE! great services.

Great experience with Smiles on the Hudson, went in for a cleaning & X-ray which was priced very well at $89. After my X-rays & cleaning Dr. Dennis came in to discuss my teeth and gave some suggestions. He was not pushy at all but he did recommend that I fix a filling done by a previous dentist on one of my front teeth. He also recommended I fix a slightly chipped front tooth as well. I agreed and he performed the repair. I could not be happier with the results, Dr. Dennis did a fantastic job. The best thing was that he made sure I was happy with my experience and how my teeth looked. I have to say my teeth look great and I will definitley be back.

Smiles on Hudson was my Go To office for a complete dental care in the last few month. It’s a new and beautifully designed office with the latest equipment. The associates at reception, especially Megan and Kaneesha, always make me feel welcome and been incredibly helpful with the insurance stuff, appointments etc. Dr. Roytberg had been leading my treatment plan (I have a lot to do), and, at this point, most of the my dental work was done by Dr. Rivera. He was highly professional and knowledgeable. He took care of all my issues in a patient and timely manner. I am very happy with the results!Update: Carolina, who does my teeth cleaning, is always very pleasant, personable and professional. I also just met Dr.Calvin who checked out my teeth and suggested a treatment plan for later, after I get my braces off. He was very gentle, caring and professional as well.
