We use Pool Wizards to close our pool. They do a good job. Id recommend them for the price they charge.

Not happy at all with this service. This company is absolute joke. Bought a brand new Polaris do to the fact that they threw ours away. Our new Polaris we could not figure out why it wouldnt work properly. Sure enough because they are completely aloof sold us one that wasnt comparable with our pump. Called several times to work out the issue and was treated like trash. Shame to hear of a local business that doesnt take care of its locals. Now Im stuck with a 700 machine that doesnt even work. You wont be in business long of this is how you treat people.

Great place. Didnt realize they had a store front. Dave use to take care of my pool almost 20 years, and always got straight answers, cost effective solutions with alternative pros and cons, and did things when he said he would.

Have been customers for years but a radical change and not good. When an employee hangs up on a customer because she doesn’t want to deal with the problem, well you can bet your bottom dollar something has changed and not for the good.

I have used this family business for many years and find everyone friendly and super helpful, knowledgeable and I see the same friendly faces every year. They go out of their way to help, even research your problem. I recommend this family run business for all your pool needs.

Steer clear!!! They opened my pool 9 days ago and not only was it not cleaned but there were many issues with my equipment (that were NOT there when they closed the pool in October) which they didnt bother to even report to me. It took daily calls over the past week to find this out. My return call a week later came from the owners daughter who would not let me get a word in. When I asked her to please let me speak she rudely told me I was talking over her. Absolutely not true. PLEASE USE ANOTHER SERVICE!!!

Great family run pool store, lots of choices for pool equipment and accessories. Staff are friendly and the service techs very knowledgeable and keen to help!

I called Pool Wizard today and even though their retail shop isnt quite open they were very willing to help me out. They were super knowledgable and friendly.
