They didnt have the product that I needed in stock but the receptionist tried her best to find the part for me.She must have helped me for over 30 minutes knowing that I would have to purchase the part from another shop. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful.

They were awesome, my pressure washer was still under warranty, the company told me to send it to them. Then the company was giving d-days a hard time about it. D-days was wonderful and fought with them to get my warranty taken care of and the company finally sent me a brand new pressure washer! Thank you d-days!

They are very honest with you and will not waste your time! Before I found them you would not believe how many times I had shops trying to put in old parts, charging an arm and a leg to end up with machines that still didnt work...Lol but not here along with being honest they have great prices and everyone is Nice! THANK YOU FOR BRINGING IT ALL AND BEING THE BEST!!!

I had such a wonderful experience here that I had to write a review, everything I needed they had right there ready to go and they had very fair pricing on it too. 3 1/2 weeks and the best answer I can get is I don’t know. I don’t have anything to tell you. I can’t run my business on answers like that. When I dropped it off I told them exactly what I needed also explained I was out of town for a week and would look to pick it up when I got back. Never given any indication of how long the repairs could take. Very disappointed in the level of communication
