I had a pleasent experience getting my procedure done. The doctor was very informative about what shes placing and where. My mom came inside and she got to ask a few questions as well as all this is new to her, and she wanted to possibly have somethings done as well. The Dr. was very patient and informative. Looking forward to getting more items done in the future.

The 2 ladies I dealt with are wonderful. I purchased a Groupon but the therapy was not recommended at the consult. They advised of the type of procedure I needed and didn’t redeem my Groupon. They were very honest while having a quirky humorous manner. This humor may translate to “rudeness” to those that are hypersensitive snowflakes. But it must be understood it’s culturally the eastern european way of interacting. The spa is beautiful and so are these ladies, I look forward to going back for the procedure I was recommended.

I had a horrible experience there, please read.. I didn’t get a chance to talk or see Dr.Metelitsin when I requested. Instead I had to deal with someone named Katia, who I believe is the director of this place. She was extremely rude and pushy. Tried to sell me all types of procedures I did not need. And when I said I had gotten an overdose of Botox in the past and just needed a little bit in between my eyes and had complications, her response was “there’s never Too much Botox and that all the other places I’ve been to DONT know what they are doing”. She continued to try to sell me all types of other procedures they offer without me asking for them. And when I declined, she said “what do you do for work!? Do you like how you look on zoom?” Very rude and unprofessional!!!! She’s not even a medically trained person.Then When I called a week later asking for a slight correction to my left side with the right (because it looked uneven)- she said it’s normal for my face being non symmetrical and if I want to pay more money - welcome to pay. When I requested to speak to the doctor - she said FU and hang up the phone. I was shocked!Such an Unprofessional place. I don’t really care for Katia’s response and what she said to me. Please stay away from their office. Horrible!!!!Thank you for your time.

This was my worst experience ever. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I entered her office, the first thing she asked that you do not need to have face mask here and remove it. I hesitated and she got very angry. Then asked me to go to the treatment room. As I was entering, I saw the previous patient is still there without mask and she was not quite ready to leave. She asked me to sit on the treatment chair without sanitizing and cleaning anything not even changing her gloves. At that time, I asked arent you going to clean up before start with my procedure. That was it....She started yelling and asked me to leave her office. Unbelievable rude behavior and lack of professionalism to protect her patients. Please avoid going there for your own safety!

I am usually a bleeder and one that bruises easily ....... well not here. 1/4 drop of blood and zero bruises. I know, hard to believe but believe me when I tell you this. I went today for the 1st time ever to get Xeomin injections for my frown lines. I was greeted by the receptionist in a very professional manner and felt comfortable immediately. The place was extremely clean and Dr. MARINA was very professional and answered all my questions. She was very gentle with me. I will definitely be returning to Mraina medispa in Edgewater NJ.

Kathy worked on me with that laser machine as if that was the most important thing she could possibly be doing. She held my hand for a full week afterwards via text--with responses to my pictures and answers to my questions. My sun damage is basically GONE, along with my crows feet and veins. These two ladies are amazing.

Please stay away from this spa unless if you don’t mind getting exposed to Covid-19 or other disease! I walked in for my appointment with my mask on! She said I have to take my mask off because it is unnecessary with a bad language and very disrespectful. I said I prefer to keep it in till I see the esthetician but she insisted that I should take it off, which I didn’t. She was not wearing a mask herself. She handed me some forms to fill out and after few minutes took me to the room to see her esthetician, which was wearing a cloth mask with her nose exposed and no gloves on and was seeing a client! She asked me to enter the room prior to dismissing the previous client that wasn’t wearing a mask and asked me to sit in the same chair and didn’t even bothered to clean the chair, room or disinfect anything! She /the owner handed my chart to esthetician and she didn’t even wash her hands and was going to inject me (Botox)! I asked her if she is going to clean and put gloves on and the owner /front desk lady asked me to leave and said that she doesn’t want to see me with an extremely rude, insulting, disrespectful tone with no manners. I left but wanted to alarm the others that she is putting everyone in danger and exposing everyone to COVID-19 and making fun of those who adhere to rules and regulations.She shouldn’t be practicing and working during these time.Another note: I saw her add on Groupon and when I called to Make an appointment, she said not to purchase it on Groupon and ask me to pay her at the office directly, which is also by itself considers cheating the system and the agreement she had with Groupon!

The doctor was fantastic and answered every question I had and made me feel so comfortable with my procedure. The receptionist was Just fabulous, my daughter was with me and she was super nice to my child as well and even made her feel like a patient offering her snacks to beverages! I’m def going back! The only reason I’m giving this spa 2 stars is because the person that tend to me when I arrived was fabulous. Very nice, welcoming and educated me on some issues I need to look into. However the person I had to speak to for pricing was absolutely rude. I had called to move my appointment to 11:30 am because I work near by and was getting out earlier. The same person told me I had to ce in at 12pm. Since it was pouring rain I decided to come in early. I had no issue waiting or even calling back for pricing. I was told not to worry that the person I spoke to that gives pricing would come in to see me. When she came in with a terrible attitude she tells me “Didn’t I speak to you earlier and tell you to come in at 12?” With an angry expression in her face as if me being there is a bother. So I got up and told her I’m sorry I’m no longer interested. I recently moved here from Florida and as my first attempt to look into a spa in this area I’m shocked at her lack of respect and customer service skills. This spa is in a great area and I would not have expected this behavior from staff here. I get PRP facials for years aside from laser hair removal. You most definitely lost a good client and the many people I would’ve referred here. What a waste of my time off.Again I did not make my own time I explained to the person that tend to me that I could call back for prices and she said the person that gives prices lives in the building behind the location that it was no problem. Your staff told me to wait and it was 11:50. I can see that by every review you get your just love insulting people who go there seeking your services and are dissatisfied by your lack of costumer service. This woman is a genius. She’s blunt, honest, and changed my skin from the day I met her. After just one session with her, I knew she was the best in the industry. If you don’t waste her time, she will make you the happiest human ever. She has reversed years of acne scarring and sun damage from my skin. I can’t say enough good things about Kathy. I asked her about a procedure for my mother for her big day and she said stop bothering her before she hung up. I just asked what product her office use for a procedure listed on Groupon. I have never seen such a rude person working in a med spa. Dont go here. Dont bring your friends here they will be disappointed.

Refused to take my groupon because according to the receptionist “you don’t understand who is paying.” She said this after I requested to use a groupon that she wouldn’t approve. She asked me to cancel the groupon. The groupon I paid $287.50 for because I have the groupon membership. She refused to honor that price and insisted I pay the $330 advertising rejecting the monthly amount I pay groupon every month.Also, it’s very suspicious that they are claiming anyone who gives them less than five stars is fake review. I asked for my chart so I do have proof. As well as screenshot of the order.------All you need to do is apologize for being so rude and this whole review could be removed. As I see from other customers... you have been accused of that before.

Really wish there was an option for 0 stars because of how horrible their customer service is. I now see why they have such bad reviews about their staff. I have gone to so many places to have services done and I have never come across worst service than this one. I had an appt scheduled and I must admit I was wrong and missed my appt. I had an emergency with my daughter because she had an allergic reaction to something she ate. And when they called me and I answered my phone my phone battery died so I could call them to cancel till I charged my phone. When I opened my emails I saw what was one of the nastiest emails Ive ever seen. As a business owner myself I understand that things do happen and people do miss appointments or are late to them. That is something that you have to understand when you have a business that that is going to happen. To treat someone so horrible because they missed an appointment is crazy to me. The office manager even called me an idiot This is crazy that they are still in business treating potential customers like this. At the end of the day theres a reason for the saying the customer is always right These people have bad reviews for the way they treat their customers for a reason. To top it off I was threatened and told I couldnt leave a review. Last time I checked thats the point of reviews. To warn everyone of how bad or good a place is.
