I had an amazing experience here! The employees are super friendly and very knowledgeable with everything that comes with jewelry. I was very comfortable and was able to get the perfect gift for my mom for her birthday! And I was able to get something for myself as well. I highly recommend coming here if your searching for something beautiful to give to someone.

I went into this Kays this past weekend to get some valentines day gifts. The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They asked what style I was looking for and my price range. They worked with me every step of the way. All while adhering to the states current Covid guidelines. I left with beautiful pieces to give as gifts and will definitely be returning to this store in the future.

The clerk there, I believe her name is Caressa, helped me find a beautiful pair of pearl earrings and I have fell in love with them the moment she showed them to me. Everyone there is so professional and kind. I can’t recommend this place enough.If you need jewelry, go here and you’ll find exactly what you need.

I went to to get my ring cleaned, who would have thought I bought my mom’s present for my daughter’s wedding. The jewelry was Exquisite and perfect for my mother to wear for the wedding. A young lady named Caressa was so helpful to me. alAfter my description of my mother She knew what I exactly wanted my mother to look like .A Queen. She was also very helpful when it came to giving a present ideas for my husband. I always wanted pearls. The earring and pearl set we’re extremely lovely. Very classy. Caressa is one amazing salesperson And I will only be going to her when I go to your Edgewater store. Especially since my anniversary and my mothers birthday is in a couple of months.

On October 21, 2020, I went to our local Kay jewelry store in Edgewater to pick up a preorder necklace for my daughter which was made with Maria. Maria was off duty that day but, there were two other salespeople in the store. One was busy on the phone chatting with another coworker while the other approached me by asking if she could help me. I stated, yes, I am here to pick up a necklace for my daughter “Zahara” which was ordered on Sept 17th. Then she asked for my name which I gave her. She comes back stating, “I see no order here for none of the names and walked away to another customer who had walked in right after I did. Without giving me any other alternative, I waited there for an additional 10 min to see if the other salesperson would be able to assist after she was done with her phone conversation which never ended. I ended up walking out without any purchasing. It was awful salesmanship and unprofessional behavior, I wonder why is it that most people who work in jewelry stores tend to be stuck up and very unprofessional.

I came to this store on January 17th at 6:40 pm to drop of a pair of earrings that needed repair and the stores associates had already locked the door and were sitting inside. The hours were noted that they close at 7 so how do you just decide to lock the store 20 minutes before?

I had to give the store 5 stars, in all honesty best service I have received at a jewelry store. Nicolle was very helpful, considerate and also a great listener. It was a hard choice, to look for the perfect ring for my fiancé to be, Noemi. But I was offered great service, and options in regards the rings, as well as form of payment. Will definitely come back to this location, great staff! And variety of jewelry. I was also told this is a bridal store!!!

Bought a two piece bridal ring set On 09/20/19 in full at this location. Last night my fiancé noticed one of the diamonds fell out of the band. How the heck does that happen? It’s hasn’t even been a year. Very disappointed after spending almost 7 grand. If you’re going to spend money on a ring, I recommend Not getting it at kay jewelers if diamonds are just going to fall off. That worries me if this is their specialty. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

I recently went to Kay jewelers to get something for my mom and myself. Nicolle was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products she was show casing. She made me feel comfortable on the items I was buying and I was very pleased. Her professionalism and her knowledge of the products is what made me feel comfortable and I will be coming back to this store because of her. Thank you again! :)

I just purchased my engagement ring for my future wife, and the staff in this store is beyond amazing. I got a great deal and the warranties they offer are spectacular. Terrible experience..My husband purchased an overpriced bracelet for my birthday! The jewelry is cheaply made. Nevertheless, I noticed that a diamond was missing. I went to the store as I was told when purchased that it had a lifetime warranty. I went there on December 22, 2018. I was informed that they were not doing repairs at that time because of the Holiday season. which makes no sense I returned today and was advised that they were not able to help me. What they kept on was trying to sell me an additional warranty. I am confused as they did not want to honor the original warranty! I guess they work on commission for warranties!!! I will be contacting the BBB. Do not buy anything from this place..horrible customer service.

First time I’ve ever went to Kay jewelers and I’ll never come back again! Wednesday 7/3/2019 this atrocious lady with an attitude screamed at the top of her lungs at me because I asked a simple question. Something as small as asking if they can adjust a butterfly clasp for my watch. She responded with “NOT TODAY” as if she was trying to get rid of me. So then I responded with why not. It seemed like that question bothered her more than anything..So she then screamed! No exaggeration whatsoever. Saying “ BECAUSE THE PERSON IS NOT HERE”! Change your demeanor and attitude because a place like this is not for you.

Been a customer of Signet Jewelers for years . I have apply for the card and spend a lot of money at this location . With the customer service I received from store manager Maria was very disappointing and uncomfortable to hear from her mouth. As a manager for a company that believes in customer and puts themselves in their customer shoes and tells me “ to do whatever I want “ it’s the extreme! She knows my situation and she knows how long I’ve been part of her location . I have contact Kay jewelers customer care which was amazing experience but unfortunately she couldn’t help me out and transferred me to Taylor which she clearly didn’t care and told me to contact the District manager John . Once I get my important ring back I will not be shopping at this location . I was a very happy customer but now I’m just disgusted on how they are handling my business. I love shopping at priecing pagoda, Kay jewelers, baciscally the whole Singet jewelers company but I am definitely definitely hurt.

Bought a Stalin silver chain over 1yrs ago and it turned color pink. We were told warranty was up. They did try and clean it for free but didnt fix issue. We went to regular jeweler next door to see if they can fix color issue

It is a jewelery shop with excellent prices..large parking..good location..for customers from NJ and NY..for it is on the banks of the Hudson River..in a small mall with many different shops and restaurants around it..good attention of your employees and good financing of your company ... with excellent warranty on your products ... EXCELLENT ..
