You should not have to tell an adult to turn their music down. A white expedition frequently drives behind my house with their music turned up and it rattles my windows. There have been times that it wakes my child. They clearly dont have any consideration for others. It is entirely unprofessional and I cannot for the life of me figure out why a 35+ year old insists on doing that. It is childish. Turn the music down!

He responds quickly to all communication, answers questions thoroughly, explains the process well and works quickly, efficiently. The end product looks amazing, as is the 15-year warranty. Jose’s workmanship and customer service skills are stellar! The biggest challenge is choosing a color from his very large selection of floors.

From the moment I called for a quote, I was beyond impressed with Jose and Coastal Garage Floors. He immediately sent me information about his work and the product he would use on the floor. Because he was familiar with my neighborhood and the model of home I was buying, he also provided my quote at the same time. This was via email, so I would have a record of it, and he included a hyperlink, so I could go directly to the products site to pick out my colors. He was always available and very responsive when I had questions or concerns, he made a special effort to get my color before the factories shut down, due to COVID-19, and he scheduled the job for my closing day, so the 48 hours it would need for completion did not interrupt my move-in. He let me know ahead of time that I could save $200 by asking the builder not to coat the floor, when the garage was finished. He was at my house promptly, as scheduled, and he started work right away. It looks beautiful and I know I will enjoy it for years to come. I could not be happier, and highly recommend Jose and Coastal Garage Floors.
