Affordable $49 diagnosis. but I waited a week without a call back and would have given 4 stars if I was called back and followed up with. I understand things can get busy but when I called I was told the electronics werent fixable and I asked why I wasnt called days ago then.customer service is priority IMObut Ill give 3 stars

I know Jim for 20+ years. Honest men and loves what he is doing.By having Jim to repair your electronics the Chinese are loosing out on selling you another Made In China stuff.Good for all of us.

Excellent service here from Jim. His slogan is If you plug it in, I can fix it! is accurate. I had an issue with my counter top convection oven. He diagnosed, called me with the issue and cost to repair, and I git it back the next day!

Googled TV repair in NSB and found Jim, saw someone else review that if it had a plug Jim could fix it. My mom is older and lives in NSB and she called me that her tv sounded like it blew up. not living close by I found Jim, he came out same day, had to take the tv to his office and in doing so he left my mom with a loaner which was AMAZING considering thats all she does. amazing service would totally use again if ever needed something electrical fixed. HIGHLY Recommend.

Hi:I wanted to tell you how really happy I was with my recent experience with Jim over at Jimz Fix-It in Edgewater.He not only solved the problem with my large-screen TV, his price was more than reasonable.After I got it home, I had problems connecting up the wires between the box and the TV.After Jim was unable to talk me through the connections on the phone, he drove over to my house and showed me the connections in person.Now you cant ask for more than that!!This guy really went the last mile for me.It goes without saying that I had a great experience with Jim and I recommend him highly.John I.
