We moved our 5th wheel here last week. Our spot is in the brand new north auxiliary lot. It still has the electric fence, cameras, 24/7 gate access, wash bay and electric. The restroom is clean and Darla was wonderful to work with. When we were dropping off our rig, she came out to the lot to let us know about a space that might better accommodate our needs, so we jumped on it. I feel comfortable leaving our favorite new toy stored there.

Couldnt remember my access code and it was after hours. I called the after hours number and left a msg. My wife and I didnt expect a call back and started to leave. Oh my, I was wrong. I received a call back immediately and instructions how to use the security keypad. Thank-you Darla

Since it was sold to the new administration, this place has gone downhill. It use to be a great value for the money but that is no longer the case. Particularly if you are paying for power in your bay. The provide barely enough power to charge a phone and that’s when available. Today I cane to check my RV and seems the power has been out for a week in the bay just next to their office.

We brought our boat with us from Va. Bch to New Smyrna for our week vacation and Jim made everything so easy for us, he was more than helpful and accommodating. Very reasonable rates also. We will be back again!

Great spot to keep you boat! Facilities are kept up and the boat ramp is very close. Ive not had much interaction with the staff, but theyve been friendly and helpful whenever I talked/emailed with them.

Great staff, always friendly and helpful. They keep the place clean and in good working order. I love the remote gate access and electric fence. I hope they add more covered parking soon.

Its a great feeling to know my RV and its contents are safe. In addition to a 8ft chain link fence On Solid Ground has a 10ft Electric fence around the perimeter and security cameras to protect and watch over my loved RV. I can pump up they tyres and fill up my water tanks there too! I highly recommend them!

Awesome storage! Has all you need including free washdown, air hose, covered parking with electric and remote gate access from your phone. It also have a 7,000 volt electric fence around the perimeter with cameras. I wouldnt store my boat anywhere else!

This place is worth the extra drive in order to get the amenities and good customer service from Glen. On-site water hose for engine flushing, air hose, covered storage with electrical outlets, clean restroom and 24 hr access with security. Well worth the extra drive. Our second year using this facility.
