Fast excellent on time service he’s guys are the best

Wonderful service. I am from out of town and needed my car to be tow. The driver was very accommodating. He provided guidance and waited patiently for us to take everything out of the car. He even waited until our Uber got to us. Would highly recommend their services.

I had a flat tire, called Progressive roadside assistance. They said Roadrunner Service would be there in 60minutes. No one showed, called another 60 minutes, no one showed, another 60 minutes, no one showed.... after 4+ hours, I said call Edgewater towing!!!!! 15 minutes from time of call till they showed up!!! Excellent service on a Saturday, and Memorial holiday. great job Nick.

A place you dont want your bike or car end up...Because that means you have been in a crash...You want to get your vehicle back or the bill grows and your Drivers License will get suspended if bill is never paid. Great people very helpful and please remember they are just doing there job...

Great service!It always is a bad day when you need your car towed for repairs but this company had great service with text notifications about the location of their driver and estimated arrival times.Barry, the driver that picked my car up showed great car in loading my car and provided excellent service and was extremely professional. Also the tow rate was very reasonable especially considering the the service and excellent attention to detail.I hope I never need my car towed again, but if I do I’ll definitely give them a call.

There driver has no respect for other people on the road .I dont have a problem with the company its the driver that almost hit me on the side of the road with no headlights on and it was pouring down rain and refused to move over. If it was him on the road he would want other people to move over or at least slow down....

Great service! I had a flat tire and had to call my roadside assistant. I was told they wouldnt get there until 11:50 and they came at 11:10! I was very impressed. The guy that changed my tire was very sweet! Keep up the good work Edgewater Garage!

K-Mart level customer service.Left my wife and young son STRANDED on the side of the interstate.Literally.Thankfully, Ive taken steps to ensure they are removed from roadside assistances rotation.

Cost is exorbitant. The car was impounded due to an accident. Because its the weekend there is a charge for us to view the car. To tow for 7.5 miles = $275. + extras.

I had to get my tools or of a car that is totalled. This was the impound yard owing company that has scraped my car off of the side of the highway. While here on maps it showed they were open, in reality they were not. I had to wait around for about 45 minutes to an hour, making me late for work, for someone to come down and let us in.Theyre adjacent to a garage, that was open, and had a few people working. One of the tow truck drivers was in, washing his truck. However, none of them was able to help us sign a piece of paper. I imagine there is a perfectly good reason for this, but you can imagine how frustrating it is to sit watching the clock tick away as you are continually later for work.There was also a 35 dollar fee for the guy to come over, presumably on his day off, to let us in. To his credit he was very helpful and patiently listened as I aired my grievance with the situation. But that still didnt change the fact that I was late and out 35 bucks. Which thankfully I had on me.This could have been avoided had they just listed their hours of operation properly.

I hired Edgewater Towing on a Heavy Wrecker job. The folks in the office were courteous, pleasurable, and fair. The driver did a fantastic job onsite and I would highly recommend their service. Not a good experience

Car broke down & I called AAA, they told me a tow truck would be there in 3 hours - called Edgewater Towing & they were there in 20 min., Id rather pay out of pocket & get quick, reliable service, the guys were great! Thank you Edgewater Towing!

Amazing service. My car just stalled out on me in the middle of the road Geico got me in touch with them. The receptionist was very nice asked if I was ok and sent out a tow truck. He was there quickly. Chris was very courteous and made sure I was fine before starting with the car, told me to sit in the ac while he took care of the car. We were home in no time. He was a careful and great driver. If I ever need towing I will call them again.

Even though it was after hours, Jason, the manager, gave us a break and only charged us the normal fee for having my car towed. Even though its a tough experience, having that little kindness went a long way. However, the lady who answered the phone was very hot-tempered and not helpful at all.

They are professional and know how to get the task done. They are equipped to handle any situation from moving heavy equipment to tractor trailer, RV and car accidents. They also assist various motor clubs (AAA, GEICO, ALLSTATE etc)

I feel that they are crooked and just out for your money. I was in a car accident recently and the wrecker didnt bother to ask me if I wanted my car towed to my home for $125 or their lot. Needless to say they didnt disclose it would be automatically $350 out of my pocket if my insurance company refused to cover the accident on my end including towing fees with storage. Oops too late its already in our lot and we assume you dont have the money to tow it to youre house. And we are going to get our money from your insurance since you obviously have full coverage. Wrong. Stuck with their fees and out 350 + storage because I didnt have the 350 the day after just so that they can try and bank a 20,000 car because the owner didnt have full coverage and not an extra 350 sitting around to get it out the next day. Really convenient for them to make assumptions before and after the fact.
