Near water view is always nice. Especially in the evening.

Cant beat a view across the Hudson. I recommend, if you get up early enough. To see the sunrise. Always beautiful.

Excellent place to have a good long walk with amazing views of the city and Hudson river. Lacking in public bathrooms or waterfront dining. Very residential, clean and safe. Cyclists share same path but big enough

Parked in this area to walk around the pier. It was absolutely breathtaking and nice weather. You can bike with your own bike or get one of the local bikes offered. There are areas to sit and relax by the water and a nice boardwalk to walk on. The only downside during current times is how packed it is during the weekends. Not much social distancing but people are wearing masks.

It has a fantastic view of NYC, however insane prices for little space...

Nice place, nice amenities, great staff but please note that administration office and managers will not get back to you. I am trying to speak with anyone about my deposit for about 4 months. If you want your deposit back, I would stay away from this property.

Stunning views. Easy access to the Port Imperial Ferry Terminal with NJT buses running frequently just steps away on River Road. Several shops, dining options as well as a Courtyard by Marriott within the complex.

Excellent place an wow what a view

My cousin lives here. Very nice apartments, stores are extremely nearby, can walk anywhere around there to the store, and by the water. Has a beautiful view of NYC. On the roof its even more beautiful to view. Only problem I have with this place is limited parking, limited free parking, and the cost of the apartment is high. I once saw a cone in the parking lot because someone tried to save their parking spot. I assume this is due to limited free parking for visitors.

Loved living here. The management is super nice and we really enjoyed our time here. The location is super convenient and I felt like a part of the community. Noora and Tony were amazing, the folks at the reception, Dennis, Hugh and his team were so sweet and friendly. The driver Gonzalo was so friendly and nice. The little pool was so fun and we used the rooftops and bbq quite a lot. Their private pier was my favorite. Glad we lived here! Our experience was really good.

It is non stop noise. I hear peeing, people having sex, coughing, everything inside and outside. Its a living noise hell and I am counting down the day my lease is up. On top of it all, The Haven restaurant employees scream so loud it wakes my children after 1AM every single night. One of them has an overly loud motorcycle and rems it up purposely to wake every neighbor. Its as if in your bedroom. They are a a very discourteous group of employees. You literally never sleep more than several hours a night here and are constantly tortured by exterior and interior noise. My familys health has plummeted. We cannot wait until our lease is up. We feel very ripped off and consequently very angry every day. Lousy builder who cut corners is responsible.

Beautiful and scenic. Everything is so clean and pristine. No litter, no unsightly garbage cans overflowing. Magnificent waterfront views. Theres even a little dog run here. There are shops here, as well as nice restaurants, and alot more to do just a short drive away.

Nice area to live

This is a very nice area being right on the water and all. The views of New York are very nice. It is in a good location, surrounded by restaurants and very close to the ferry that takes you to New York.

I like that its but the water and you can see New York.

Apartments are nice but the location is odd.

Ive been living here for almost a year and love it! Apartments are new, and the amenities are great, especially the roof top! There is also a gym, lounge, and private pier. The staff is the best, especially concierege.

Nice place to hang and get a drink.The views are amazing of the city.Drinks are about $10-12 bucks,kinda weak though.Overall,nice experience.

Nice quiet area

I was interested in a Studio apartment and did all the paperwork. I was advised by Rudy Lustica that I should put a $500 deposit( which would be refunded immediately incase you dont go ahead with the apartment) to hold the apartment since they go really fast. I was approved for the apartment the same day, however I decided not to go ahead with it since it wouldve been a long commute for me. I called in the next day and spoke to Betsy who told me that she will call me in a few minutes. She never called. Anyways I call her after a few hours and asked her to refund my $500 since I also paid $100 for application fee. She told me that it would take between 30 -45 days to refund you since the accounts department sends you a cheque through snail mail. I expressed my disapproval since I was told otherwise. She told me that there is no way I can refund you the money since we dont have access to the funds. I would suggest to stay from this establishment. They are dishonest and misleading. Now I have to wait 45 days to get my hard earned money back. STAY AWAY!!
