Called at 9PM on a Monday and actually got a person, Got a Service tec for Tuesday at 2PM. . They came out and gave my a few options. Repair, clean and would be good for a little while or Replace the 20 year old unit which is what I was planning. It was nice they didnt give a hard sell on any option and there was no pressure. The big thing for me was they could have a crew there Thursday morning and have A/C by the afternoon.

Ellington Air as able to get a technician to my home sooner than I had expected. Tommy was the Technician. He showed up on time, was professional, personable and polite. Tommy got to working immediately to diagnose the issue. He was very patient with all of my questions and was able to explain to me everything that he was doing and why (i asked a lot of questions). I am new to the state and he explained the differences in systems and why. Very informative. I highly recommend Ellington Air and my Technician Tommy. They have gained a loyal client!

John Bernard is an outstanding tech. He quickly found my problem and got my system up and running in a day. He was on time, polite, and very professional. I would recommend my anytime. Hes the type of person I would for my company.

House AC failed overnight in really hot weather. Ellington answered their phone at 06:30am, by a sharp and friendly person, and scheduled a technician to arrive between 08:00am and 10:00am, same-day. The technician arrived at 08:00am, and had the knowledge and bearing of a sharp Tech or Master Sergeant in the Air Force, my life and career standard for evaluating others. Thorough, knowledgeable, professional. Problem fixed. I signed up for Ellingtons maintenance plan, and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Tyler of Ellington AC did an excellent job in his follow-up visit to ensure our installation was perfect. He made a small adjustment and explained future visits and answered all our questions to our complete satisfaction.

When I bought the air conditioner Ellington’s salesman assured me I would be satisfied with both the unit and the installation. He made it clear the installation is as important as the unit itself and that their technicians are properly trained and would do it right.Josh and Eddie did a very professional looking installation.I was asked several times if I had questions or if I would like something changed. I had a couple of minor requests and they were addressed completely and stress free. They were friendly and courteous.When they finished the installation they made sure everything was working normally. Before they left they cleaned up the garage and back yard. Couldn’t tell they were there except a new air conditioner humming.

The guys showed up on time, were polite and professional. They removed some old section of ducting in the garage attic and installed new ducting and a box. Everything was hung very well and sealed better than ever. The guys left no mess. A real pleasure to do business with!

We lost our A/C late Wednesday evening. Called Ellington Air Conditioning & Heat the next morning. They had a technician out within several hours of the call. Very polite, professional and dedicated to getting us back up and running. Price was very reasonable for the service! This is our first time using them and we were so impressed that we asked about and entered into a regular service agreement. Great price for that too! Could not be more pleased with the service provided to a new customer!!!

The crew from Ellington went above and beyond in the installation of a new unit and air duct replacement. Not only did they do a great job, but they made sure we were comfortable from the Summer heat during the transition, were meticulous and clean, continuously made sure they explained the work & took the time to make sure all was perfect. My AC wasn’t working. Call Ellington and they came out about an hour after I called. James was friendly, professional and efficient. He did a great job and fixed my AC quickly. Would definitely use Ellington again.

I had a suspicious moisture stain on a intake at the peak of the living room ceiling. I called and he came immediately. He found that it was a crack in the stucco which allowed attic moisture to create a sweat with the A/C cold air. Not a real A/C problem but he fixed it any way with caulk. I was not charged one penny

Wonderful job, it was a quick fix of a leaky part, but Shamus took the time to make sure the the whole system was working properly. Showing and explaining all the work he was doing.

Our a/c was blowing warm air. Contacted Ellington Air Conditioning & Heat and they were able to have a technician at our house within two hours. Shamus was professional and quickly identified the problem. Ordered the part and came back on the day the part was received and provided the necessary fix. Outstanding service!!!

Corey demonstrated a vast knowledge of HVAC systems (and the computer controlled systems which we have) and instantly diagnosed our problem. He was very cordial, respectful and careful when entering our house. He immediately took steps to get our A/C up and running (it is August) and made a second visit with replacement parts in order to mitigate any future problems of this type. Kudos to Corey, he is definitely an asset to the Ellington organization.

Shamus was scheduled to arrive between 10am and noon. He arrived around 10:45. He was polite, professional and personable.He was thorough in diagnosing and replacing the float system.In addition, he explained everything to my Dad, husband and myself, including discount given as a preferred customer.
