Arrived at 0900 office had no record of load so they said we were on standby and would get us in at some point... Thankfully it did not take too long and we are loaded now at 1145. There is a porta potty near the office but it is behind the gate so Im guessing if you are here during the time they are closed you will not have access to it. There is a space alongside the road that obviously has been used for overnight parking but there are no parking signs posted

Not totally bad once you found out where you have to go. Beware however, if the girls in the office look at each other funny over your paperwork, find out why. Dont just leave with it. Make sure you are taking what you are supposed to be taking, if you can..otherwise you wind up with a rejected load because they loaded you with the wrong stuff..

Good place to load. My appointment was at 330pm was loaded by 415 pm.

Most of the time youre going to spend at least 2 hours here. They are supposed to start at 8am, but youre lucky if they start checking drivers in by 0830. No longer as much parking since they put no parking signs along the roadway opposite of their building. With them taking forever to check drivers in, get them loaded, and then get them their BoLs its going to be a nightmare. Be sure to have your driver license, safety vest, and a pick up number starting with 005Update: seems they like to change their hours without notice. Was told just a couple minutes ago as I was walking inside to wait to check in that they now start at 0830 which means first truck should be checked in around 0900. This place keeps getting worse.

The office clerk (heavy set, drives a black Jeep) in the office is very rude. Came in at 11:40, doesn’t look And says you need 005 number, no explanation dismissive. Came back 5 minutes later she shuts her glass window. She’s apparently irritated that she has to work close to lunch break at noon and is in a bad mood. Had to wait for them to come back. Not a problem but please somebody tell her to be more courteous and treat people better.

Picked up load, they work till 4pm only.... took approx 2 hrs for my load.... Once done loading, you got to go back to shipping office to collect papers- loaders can give it to drivers also....in my case its was raining crazy and had to walk a long way.....

If you call the number on the review, it takes you to a recording. Just listen to the directions. I think I pressed 8,1,1. Checked in and immediately got into a door. Shouldnt take 45 minutes to load.

These guys have always been good to me when Ive pulled loads out of here. Paperwork is always snail snot slow but the people are nice

NEED TO WEAR A SAFETY VEST TO CHECK IN. Ladies in the shipping/Recieving office are nice. Loading was fast (van trailer).

Awful place all around. If i can rate no stars I would. I worked there as a temporary employee. The work you do there is a great experience. Some managers want you to pay them on the side to get in. Mike Johnson the manager; he’s on drugs heavily. Place needs new management fast they let go a lot of good temps after having them work there 8 months to damn near 7 years.

I had a pick up for flatbed with an appointment at 11:30am. I came at 11 40 am and until 12pm I got loaded! Nice people and quick job. Thank you!

Visited on Jan 24th, 2017Pros: loaders are professional and quick.Cons: office needs management.Front walls are filled with papers like a kindergarten class.Everyone goes to lunch at the same time.Overall: good and timely process. Avoid lunchtime.

I have yet to visit to load, but inside workers seem disorganized and incompetent too. My PU order didnt have any contact phone number. None easily available online unless you surf through their entire world empire to find it and discern which factorys local name corresponds with the address on the load sheet. I added the phone number, but call with caution. The snippy woman who answered was annoyed that I was frustrated having just spent 15 minutes trying to find a phone number; found the automated directions full of local references that someone from out-of-area couldnt be expected to know, and had just spent another 15 minutes being shuffled around by their phone-robot to and endless string of execs who couldnt be bothered answering their phone.The receptionist said I had an attitude for bringing this to their attention, and hung up on me without answering any of my questions. I called back, she hung up. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, she hung up on me again.Customer service wont return my calls.I can understand policies that say they do not have to speak to rude or abusive people. But what happens when those policies are used to enable the triggered mistress who answers the phone to be rude and abusive to those who are helping to put money in the factors pocket? Plus, why are they making it so hard for people to do business with them? Precious much?Epic triggered fail. That people are encountering the same outside is simply a further indictment of serious systemic problems in this company.I dont have high hopes for an efficient or competent loading experience tomorrow, but will update with an accolade if I do. But they will have to go a bit farther than average to counter a most incompetent and snippy first impression.

Hold there 2 months good

Upper management is the worst in the business. It is clear through observing the attitudes and intelligence of the staff. I did both intermodal and full truck load moves for this company. Lets just start with the the container moves. They hold the containers for days and they dont seem to care how long they sit. Then they pile up and they expect you to get them all at once and pay for the chassis costs. If you dont keep track of via email they will try to nail you with per diem costs on the containers. After being stuck with the costs they turn around and wait to pay the line haul. One invoice took 52 days. Dont believe me? Look up their profile on DAT.If you try to move their full truck loads you will be waiting for hours. They dont pay detention. They also have a hard time tracking appointment times. It not worth the little amount of money they pay. Also, it seems their staff likes bribes. No trucking company should work with them. This place needs a face lift or they will fail. Or maybe.....the best thing is that they do.

More disjointed than an unassembled LEGO. They can’t even tell the difference between a van and a flatbed and the workers are super slow.

It was a mad house there. Very confusing, flatbeds & vans all mixed up, theres no where to park but squizz onto the side streets. No signs directing you to shipping for first timers, one way serves both in and out.

Expect to wait 4 hours to get loaded and another hour for your paperwork.

DO NOT GET THERE EARLY. They dont open until 8am. Usually dont start checking in until 8:30am or later. Usually have about 20 drivers waiting at that time. The parking situation is a gigantic CF. The dock workers are more concerned about conversing with one another than getting you loaded.

In 830am out 11:30am would’ve been sooner but had to wait on customer to cut a bundle because i was overweight. You can park on road overnight.

Place is a joke. Dont know if it was there scew up on the pick up number or the brokers but when I got a new number was to the back of the line again. Attitude of the outside workers sucks. They work slow as molasses in the winter. Hope I never have to come back here again.

Workers outside are ignorant and disrespectful. Make sure you bring a vest otherwise you’ll have ten people whining at you outside. No one says this inside the shipping office though. What a joke. They are slow at loading too. Kinda like they dont care about your time. You gotta be somewhere they mosey on by wasting your time. They get to you when they get to you basically.
